I love that I can increase or decrease the weight. I bought the 40 and 50 lb version, and I am still learning different ways to use this bar and that is the fun part! Looking forward to learning and using different exercises for different muscle groups. Great for if you work from home. A lot of the exercises imitate some that are done at the gym, so I feel like I am getting a hard enough work-out; but not over - kill, which is perfect for reaching my at home fitness goals! I do the exercises alone or while following along with individuals online. At first, it takes a bit of effort to find all the exercises that you want to learn and do, and re-arranging the parts to accommodate each exercise takes a bit of learning, but the instructions and online tutorials make it easy and less of a headache. So all around it's not bad the bar is heavy duty and padded which I like. You could easily add more bands if you wanted. My only dislike was the grips it came with. I'll be getting some grips with handles these are just loops which if you're putting your feet or putting them around something is fine but holding them with your hands feels awkward and uncomfortable. It comes apart super easy and has a nice travel bag. I travel for work a lot and if I'm in a hotel without a gym or I just want to get in a quick workout it's GREAT!

I love this set I received, for the new year I wanted to get into Pilates and I'm very new to it. This is perfect for starting yourself out with most things you need in your home. I just have a small living room space I do workouts and this is easy to use in such a tiny space.

What I love most about this Pilates set is the bar for sure. I use this as a back stretcher even without the elastic bands on it. There are a lot of stretches you can do with just a bar alone so the fact that you can add the resistance in this one little kid is amazing! The only thing I did not really like is the pink bar. I didn't like that because I wanted to store it out with my other gym equipment and I live with my son. He doesn't mind the color pink but I live in a small place and I want him to feel like I'm not overbearing with all my stuff. If this was black I bet he would've grabbed it and used it himself. Not enough tonight give it five stars though! Love this!

First, let me start off by letting you know that I am part of the Amazon Vine Program so Amazon did send this product out to me for review. I've been using these bands for some months, and they have been great. Everything is easy to assemble, the bands are strong and have been holding up great. There are a lot of exercises to do and boy they are a good workout. This unit also comes with a nice carrying bag to carry everything in. I don't have any type of weights at home, and I don't go to the gym but with Pilates Bar kit has been giving me a good working from home and the fact that it's so to carry anywhere. This is a great product that I recommend.

I ordered this bar so that I could make additional uses for my resistance bands and the existing wall anchors that I already had. I don't mind handles that attach to resistance bands, but some exercises I just missed having a traditional bar for hand grip/placement. This product is amazing because the bar is in 3 separate pieces and quickly assembles and disassembles if you need to carry it with you. It's very sturdy when assembled as a bar and the connection straps on the side of the bar can be adjusted quickly and securely. There are several resistance bands included to use with the bar, but for my purposes I only used and focused on the bar because I have nice resistance bands already. The included ones will just be kept for backups or a travel bag when needed.

I recommend a beginner or intermediate fitness level to use this more easily and have a challenge. You can start slowly and carefully if you wish. I have hip issues, and I am pretty overweight. I can do very little due to my poor range of motion and lack of activity for so long. I am 67 and will need to be a beginner at this for quite a while. This set is also great for an intermediate person, in my opinion. You can get a better workout if you are pretty strong, limber, and have built up your abdomen muscles. An advanced exerciser seems to find this less challenging, yet I might be wrong. In addition, I doubt I would be interested if I was at that fitness level. This item is a fun exercise set. It is well-made and somewhat comfortable (as in not too awkward), but I am so out of shape that it will take a few more weeks to adjust to movement. There are movements I cannot do, but that is why I. I picked a home workout! I do not have to follow any rules except to use proper posture and push myself gently. Being out of shape at 67 is not fun.This equipment can be wiped down and will stay looking nice for quite a while. This item is an excellent deal and good value,

I like pilates and follow many instructors but I never thought pilates bars would make pilates work out more fun! This bar was very easy to install. The instruction does't say much but the assembly was not too hard to understand. I found using the bar makes the work out more effective. I can hit more muscle group and this equipment is light and compact so perfect for apartment dwellers. However, I wish it can be designed to use one set of resistance bands for all kind forces. It is quite annoying to switch different bands during work out.

It is very different from the tension rope. The bar connects elastic creates some sort of resistance which is a great way to tone my muscle. Exactly what I needed! 30lbs is good for me for now and then I'll grow into the 40lbs! Bar is comfortable to work out with and is nicely padded! I would definitely recommend this!

I love this set I received, for the new year I wanted to get into Pilates and I'm very new to it. This is perfect for starting yourself out with most things you need in your home. I just have a small living room space I do workouts and this is easy to use in such a tiny space.

What I love most about this Pilates set is the bar for sure. I use this as a back stretcher even without the elastic bands on it. There are a lot of stretches you can do with just a bar alone so the fact that you can add the resistance in this one little kid is amazing! The only thing I did not really like is the pink bar. I didn't like that because I wanted to store it out with my other gym equipment and I live with my son. He doesn't mind the color pink but I live in a small place and I want him to feel like I'm not overbearing with all my stuff. If this was black I bet he would've grabbed it and used it himself. Not enough tonight give it five stars though! Love this!

First, let me start off by letting you know that I am part of the Amazon Vine Program so Amazon did send this product out to me for review. I've been using these bands for some months, and they have been great. Everything is easy to assemble, the bands are strong and have been holding up great. There are a lot of exercises to do and boy they are a good workout. This unit also comes with a nice carrying bag to carry everything in. I don't have any type of weights at home, and I don't go to the gym but with Pilates Bar kit has been giving me a good working from home and the fact that it's so to carry anywhere. This is a great product that I recommend.

I ordered this bar so that I could make additional uses for my resistance bands and the existing wall anchors that I already had. I don't mind handles that attach to resistance bands, but some exercises I just missed having a traditional bar for hand grip/placement. This product is amazing because the bar is in 3 separate pieces and quickly assembles and disassembles if you need to carry it with you. It's very sturdy when assembled as a bar and the connection straps on the side of the bar can be adjusted quickly and securely. There are several resistance bands included to use with the bar, but for my purposes I only used and focused on the bar because I have nice resistance bands already. The included ones will just be kept for backups or a travel bag when needed.

This is a nice kit! The bands are high quality, and I cannot see any failure points after two months of use. Shipped in a long box, makes perfect storage for this when not used. The footprint of this is perfect for someone on the go or for someone trying to sneak in a workout between meetings. I recommend this for the person that never has time to workout.

The Pilates bar kit with resistant bands has been a most excellent purchase to my weight resistance training! It comes with suggestions for exercises. the Pilates bar is easy and perfect for beginners. Almost 0 set up time. I personally like that it fits in an ice bag and can be stowed away in a closet. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to get started with resistance training.

This is a great beginner item. Very easy to use and assemble. I'm 5'8†and didn't need to make any adjustments when it was assembled but it may take some work to get the right resistance if you are shorter. It does come with a single sheet with exercises but I just use YouTube videos for exercises.

I ordered this so I could take a few pilates bar classes at home when I'm not able to get to the in person classes. While there is definitely a notable difference in feel between the bars that are offered at class and this one, it works just the same. Its easy to put together, I haven't had any issues during use with it and it stores away easily which is a big plus. Overall, I'm super happy with this purchase

I recommend a beginner or intermediate fitness level to use this more easily and have a challenge. You can start slowly and carefully if you wish. I have hip issues, and I am pretty overweight. I can do very little due to my poor range of motion and lack of activity for so long. I am 67 and will need to be a beginner at this for quite a while. This set is also great for an intermediate person, in my opinion. You can get a better workout if you are pretty strong, limber, and have built up your abdomen muscles. An advanced exerciser seems to find this less challenging, yet I might be wrong. In addition, I doubt I would be interested if I was at that fitness level. This item is a fun exercise set. It is well-made and somewhat comfortable (as in not too awkward), but I am so out of shape that it will take a few more weeks to adjust to movement. There are movements I cannot do, but that is why I. I picked a home workout! I do not have to follow any rules except to use proper posture and push myself gently. Being out of shape at 67 is not fun.This equipment can be wiped down and will stay looking nice for quite a while. This item is an excellent deal and good value,

Never knew that this product exist. I can't stand going to the gym where I currently live because I typically walk to it. This equipment is great for staying at home. It works your entire body. If you're unsure about what workouts to do with it. I recommend going online to look for videos. I'm very satisfied with this product.

This is a convenient pilates bar is easy to put together, it comes with 40 and 50 pd resistance bands. It really works your muscles and it comes with instructions and different little excercises that you can do. I really like it and recommend it.

I like pilates and follow many instructors but I never thought pilates bars would make pilates work out more fun! This bar was very easy to install. The instruction does't say much but the assembly was not too hard to understand. I found using the bar makes the work out more effective. I can hit more muscle group and this equipment is light and compact so perfect for apartment dwellers. However, I wish it can be designed to use one set of resistance bands for all kind forces. It is quite annoying to switch different bands during work out.

After delivering my baby I still had about 20 pounds left :( I didn't want to go to the gym because covid is still spreading. I purchased the set of Pilates bar. It is very different from the tension rope. The bar connects elastic creates some sort of resistance which is a great way to tone my muscle. I also love how easy ans convenient I can just do exercise around the house and whoever I'm free. It is so easy to use and easy assemble. Seriously I feel I could do this at home instead of spending hundred dollars to go Pilates studio. To be more creative you can also change the bar and the tension rope I really like the resistance! Great work from home guru!

Since having my first child, I have not had too much free time to go to the gym. With this, I can get a get quick 15-20 minute pump in while he is either napping or playing. Avg 15 min a day I have been able to drop 12.5 pounds in the last 3 weeks and keep it off with ease. It's a small package so I can store it nicely with my yoga mat.
