Very happy to have purchased this sauna and have been using if for the past month and a half. The cost savings from going to my normal treatment location has already paid off for the sauna. It is easy to use as well as easy to store away in a large closet when not in use so you do not have to dedicate a whole room for it.

Just got this Sauna Blanket yesterday. Had to write a review. I have owned a two person infrared sauna for years and I moved, leaving the sauna behind. I’ve been watching these blankets and reading up extensively. I suffer from Lymes Disease and my naturopath recommended a sauna. I’ve hurt more since I haven’t been using one regularly. So here we are, one session down and it was amazing! If it continues to be what it was last night, I couldn’t be more pleased with this sauna blanket. Buy it, no reason to doubt this purchase!

I can just zip up but I'm very snug & feet feel a bit crunched. Again though for the price,delivery time,working order,heat & it quickly heats up. I definitely sweat a lot too.

I soak a large T shirt after half an hr at the default heat setting every other day and then hop in shower immediately after to wash off the toxins before they reabsorb into my skin. This has made a huge difference in my skin and health and I bought another 50 plastic bags as I'm almost done with the 50 that came with sauna.

I got this Sauna blanket to replace an older more expensive one I had that was not heating up anymore. I was leery of buying a cheaper model, but am glad I took the leap. This blanket rocks! I love the super easy to use zippers instead of Velcro. The remote is nice and handy to adjust the temperature and time without getting out of the bag.

First day using so I'll update this review as I continue. So far worked as expected. Came very clean and packaged well. I used for 30 minutes on temp 60. I think I'll increase as i go temp, but warm comfortable and some sweat reaction.

You will need to wear clothes in it because there are areas that do get quite warm. I do find it comforting to be in and it does help my body aches. It also came with a large number of plastic bags you can shimmy in to sweat more.

You can use is on your floor, bodywork table or bed. If you are weak, you may need help getting it on your bed. The instructions are very clear, it heated up within 10 mins.

I thought I'd turn it up as high as it could go because I usually take things to the extreme but I can't handle it. Set the lower half a little lower than the higher half since body pressure is on it, sit back and sweat it out for about 40 minutes or so. Dreamy.
