HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE: DECEMBER MONTH 2024 ONLY
Due to the holiday season and increased online shopping, Aus Post and Aramex are experiencing delays in some states. Your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
WHAT IS OUR GENERAL SHIPPING TIMES?
Standard Deliveries are FREE and takes 7-14 working days.
Express Shippings are $6.99 and expected to come by 4-10 working days.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We gladly accept all payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, After Pay, and Zip Pay.
CAN'T FIND THE OPTION TO PAY WITH AFTERPAY?
After putting your Shipping Details and choosing the Shipping Method, select the AfterPay option at Checkout on the next page. Add your product(s) to the Cart, proceed to Continue Payment, and click on AfterPay for payment.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO FINISH MAKING YOUR ORDER:
To place your order, find the desired product and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we will ship your order to your given address.
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
A: Once your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you. If you can't see it in your email then please check your "All mail, Social, Spam/Junk or Promotions" tabs under 'Pain Free Aussies'. If you still can't find it, then no worries! Please email us on support@painfreeaussies.com.au and we will send another confirmation to your designated email address.
IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one time only upon purchasing the product(s). We never store any information about our customers' private details!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUSTRALIAN MADE?
A: Unfortunately, some of the products are not yet. We are growing the business and reinvesting the much needed funds into establishing an Australian manufacturing, to keep Australians employed and support the Aussie economy. This is our end goal. Your support by purchasing our products, puts us one step closer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 12-24 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through an email. You can also track your order on our website by visiting TRACK YOUR ITEM.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION?
A: We're excited to process your order quickly—usually within 24-48 hours, and sometimes even faster! If you need to change or cancel your order, just let us know as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to assist. We'll check with our warehouse team to see if we can still process your request. But once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we can't do much at this stage.
