During the busy December period, high parcel volumes and increased demand across courier networks may lead to slight delivery delays. We recommend allowing additional time for your order to arrive during this season.

Orders are prepared and shipped promptly after purchase. Express parcels are usually processed and sent within 12–24 hours, while standard parcels are dispatched within 24–72 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 2–3 business days to update.

We deliver across Australia and New Zealand, reaching both metro and regional areas. Remote regions may take slightly longer to receive their parcels. Orders are shipped from our Australian and international fulfilment facilities based on product availability and warehouse stock. Every parcel is carefully packed, quality-checked, and provided with tracking details once it leaves our facility.

In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, delivery refusal, or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to organise re-shipment.
