It is comfortable to wear. I bought this for different reason. I suffer from Restless leg. I wear it throughout the day, even to bed. I have had no issue since with restless leg.

I have a large defect in the fascia of my left thigh, left over from a surgery. It's a large hole in my leg allowing my quad muscles to herniate through the fascia which has caused my IT band and hamstring to try and do all the work of the leg since 2017. In return my leg has severely atrophied and no surgeon or physical therapist has seen this injury before... ever, not even finding any literature on this type of injury. I was using a compression sleeve for awhile and that wasn't helping, I stumbled across this fantastic device and not only has it helped me walk better but I can do my PT better with it on. It seems to be even helping with my back pain and hip pain as well. Definitely recommend for sure!

This brace just arrived today and I couldn’t wait to strap it on. I’m using it for both sciatica and hip flexor/groin pain. Nice heavy quality materials - better actually than I might have expected. They even included a Velcro extender, if needed! What a smart way to reduce returns because of sizing. It will have a smell coming out of the package, so air it outside first, if that’s a problem for the user. I find the waist/hip strap rides up a bit, but that’s because I have wider hip than waist dimensions. It doesn’t make my pain disappear; however, it does help identify the limits of my pain to motion and how to move safely thru it while healing. Good luck!

Excellent brace. I have scoliosis and lean to one side causing hip and back pain. This brace makes me look and feel straighter. Almost totally relieves my nerve and hip pain. Provides a great feeling of stability.

I have had these issues for about a year now. Been through physical therapy. When I first started researching what was going on, I fully expected to have this brace recommended at some point. It was not. So far I have only used it one day. Did a lot of walking all without needing my cane. I could not have done that without the brace. It is hot right now, I am sure there will be more comfort when the weather cools again. I am glad I got this brace.
