I've been working from home for years. I wanted to get more comfortable and take some pressure off my back. After research, I decided on this one. It's been a couple of weeks now, and I'm so glad I did this. I can rock, kneel, all while sitting and working. I no longer feel sedentary and my back no longer feels achy when I'm working. The assembly was easy once I watched the assembly video (there's a mistake in the assembly instructions that come with it). At first, I was confused about how to hold the wrench and use the screw to attach the crossbars, but that could just be me.

I was expecting more soreness. I just alternate between this chair and standing right now.

My first impression is pretty great. It's very easy to assemble, and is just the right size for my table/desk. It's also surprisingly comfortable, far more so than I anticipated. It also fits quite well aesthetically with the rest of my furniture, which are mostly black, to dark brown.
I really like the rocking chair aspect of this. When tilted back, the seat becomes horizontal, allowing you to take the weight off the knees for a bit. This addresses one of my key concerns about using this chair during long work days.
I'll see how well it works in the long run, but for now I'm very happy with it.

I was skeptical about buying this; reviews had me mixed on yay or nay. I decided to roll the dice and give this ergonomic kneeling chair a chance (I?e a tallish 5??lady, 140lbs - so let? try). I thought assembling was easy - it took about 25-30 mins for me - but then again I? crazy about ?lean as you go?and would stop to pick up styrofoam pieces every chance I found them. Overall this is a sleek and comfortable chair so fair. Rocking is fun - let? just hope I don? abuse the privilege and go flying backwards. I?l give it 6 months and edit if I have any concerns. So far- things are rosey. ??
Edit: a few weeks of use proved this kneeling chair to be very squeaky and to wobble in ways I hadn? expected (outward rather than back and forth). Returned.

Bought this for my yoga studio and it? fits great in the little nook, looks great, and gives me the perfect spot to check everyone in! It? such a fun topic of convo and I can truly feel my spine being put into the correct positioning when I sit down.

I am enjoying my knew rocking, kneeling chair very much so far. Assembly was not difficult, but we did have to consider (for a moment) the orientation of each cross bar since the side rails are by design not perfectly parallel. Another reviewer's suggestion to first attach loosely each cross bar before tightening is also sound advice. Attaching the seat was much easier with the assistance of another person so that the side rails could be pulled slightly toward one another in order for the seat to snap in place. Very nice design, cushy fabric cushions, nice to be able to rock a little to find that perfect balancing comfort.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and easily this was to assemble. I have sat in other wheeled kneeling chairs before, but I really enjoy the design of this one and find the rocking really soothing and helpful to my focus.

This chair forces your body automatically to sit with a straight back instead of hunching over.

Overall this chair is exactly what I was hoping for, and I? glad I decided to try it. Once I sat in it for the first time I knew it was going to be a keeper.

I love this chair a lot more than I thought I would based on some of the reviews. It was super easy to assemble. It naturally keeps your spine straight, sitting up easily. It's versatile so you don't have to sit in the exact position on your shins. You can also sit with your feet on the "knee pads", you can rock in it, cross your legs ... very versatile. It does take some getting used to - if you sit in the standard position (on your shins/pictured) for too long my shins do start to hurt (no knee pain!). However, I expect to build that muscle up and have no concerns. Also, because it's versatile in how you can sit on it (including rocking which also eases any tension) I feel really good after sitting in this chair at my desk versus a regular office chair. Highly recommend!
