These are definitely barefoot shoes. If you are on rough rocks your feet will feel the rocks but there is enough sole to keep it comfortable. These are not the most beautiful shoes but they are so comfortable. I’ve had a spinal injury as well as plantar fasciitis, barefoot shoes give me the best ability to walk comfortably. I was worried that the copper in the sole would be bothersome but I don’t feel it there at all. They do appear in looks like a water shoe. For the price & comfort I think it’s a good deal!

Ten stars!!! Seriously, my feet are a wreck. I’m always in pain. I walk all day at work, so I am constantly looking for comfortable shoes. It’s as close to walking barefoot as I can get, they are roomie, but fit well, they are super light and breathable but tough enough to hold up after months of walking.
