I am a grad student and sit in a desk all day. The seats were so uncomfortable so I got this. I have really liked it but I had to turn the cushion on the back upside down because it didn't have enough support on my upper/mid back causing me to lean backwards uncomfortably. It would probably be fine for a chair with a back rest that extends up the back more (whereas the chair I use it in hits lower/mid back.)

This was a lot smaller than I expected, however it does the job. My back doesn't hurt and my legs no longer fall asleep while I'm working. I still hunch a little since the back cushion is small and does not really support much, but it does help with the lower back a little.

I put these on my cheap-ish office chair that came with my apartment. The exterior fabric on them is VERY, very soft, which I liked right out of the box. The memory foam is actually that perfect blend between firm-and-soft. I'm sitting in it right now, and it supports me nicely. Not uncomfortable in the least. Exceedingly pleased with this product, especially for the reasonable price.

It's pretty good. They only thing I noticed right away is the length of the elastic bands on the lumbar support cushion. Just a wee bit too short. Had to stretch it beyond the elasticity limit in order to fit on my chair. Nearly broke the bands. But super comfortable!

I was a bit skeptical about this product but I'm glad I bought it anyway. I work a 12 hr job and spend more than 10hrs sitting. I started to get pressure injury at my bottom cos my seat was a lil too hard. My doctor recommended I got a cushion to help and omg what a difference it made. No more pressure sore and aside the comfort of it, it helps me sit straight relieving my back discomfort.

I love the thickness of the cushions both back and butt. They support my back and bottom very well. I sit at work 10 to 12 hours a day and these cushions make my work chair more comfortable and supportive! Another great thing is the cushion covers are removable and machine washable.

Glad my package arrived earlier than expected. I had a cheap office chair and a cushion from Ikea. After sitting at my desk for 8+ hours at home, I could feel my lower back and hips hurt. With these cushions, I feel so much pressure relief for my lower back, and now I can sit up nice and straight. Really glad I bought this! The only downside for me was that the straps for the lumbar support don't quite fit my chair, and I have to readjust its position when I sit back down.

Poor posture while you work is usually the main reason why your back ends up hurting all the time. On top of sitting all day. Not only is this comfortable but it helps with my posture while I work. Highly recommend to purchase.

I love this product. I use it in my desk chair, and it stays put as well as being very comfortable. Other cushions have slipped forward and been hard to deal with. Not so with this memory foam cushion. The back support is great. I received the chair cushion on time and well packed. Love the product and have had absolutely no problems using it.

I opened the box and was surprised that it looked different than the pictures, all black and larger than I'd expected. I let them set for a day, and brought them to work to put in my office chair. Normally, I leave work with a sore neck and back. After one day of use, I left work with no discomfort! I am happy with this purchase.

I bought this for my office chair & used the back cushion in my car driving to the office. YUM! It was so comfortable that I will likely buy another set. It would also give me an extra seat cushion for the office, since I imagine that part will wear out long before the back support cushion. Yes, I do recommend this, even if I don't yet know its durability factor.

I like the lumbar back cushion the best , the way my office chair is I can't seem to use the lumbar and cushion at the same time the bottom cushion seems to be a little thicker in my opinion, then what it needed to be , but the lumbar support cushion is my favorite definitely worth it

This is by far the best lumbar support pillow I have found. The material is soft yet breathable so you do not over heat. The pillow itself is firm enough for support yet not so firm that it's uncomfortable. I also love that it has adjustable straps to fit various size chairs. Would definitely recommend and buy again!

When I received both the cushions. They were rolled up and placed in bags. It took a while before it would relax and flatten out. I was hoping the chair cushion would be firmer and would be more comfortable. When I sit on the cushion o get the feeling like it's a deflating balloon. It starts with a lot of firmness but then it's flat. But only from the front. The back support is a different story. I love it.

I like the bottom cushion, but the back cushion sticks out too far. Material is great. Both cushions are very thick, so you will sit much higher in your chair- I have my chair as low as possible and can't cross my legs under my desk.

Foam is expected to compress, but I was hoping it would be a little firmer. Otherwise, it is very comfortable. I bought it to convert a hard-back dining chair for computer use, and it is helping. I'm 5'5", sitting at the breakfast bar to work. I need to raise up higher for keyboard use, so I'm ordering a second seat pad to get a couple more inches. The lower back support is excellent.

I bought this product for my daughter's chair that she uses at her desk. The chair is actually a hard, wooden dining room chair so she needed some comfort and support for doing her studies. This product was exactly as advertised. It offers great support on your sit bones and nice lumbar support. I didn't rate discomfort relief since that wasn't why I purchased the product, but I suspect it would also provide relief if you suffered hip, coccyx, or back discomfort. Having it be two pieces versus a single piece is great because you can move the lumbar support to the proper place. I think we've created a great desk chair!

I recently purchased this for two reasons - one because I was hoping it would extend the life of my office chair and secondly to help relieve both tail and back discomfort. I no sooner attached the lumbar support to the back of my chair and then placed the lower pad on the seat and sat down and it was an immediate improvement - thank you i will definitely purchase another when I have to replace my old chair with a new one so as to continue with the comfort - amazing product. Loved the packaging as well.

I just got this product and it's going to make a huge difference to improve blood flow and maintain an ergonomic position at my desk. It's one of those products that you instantly become attached too. I actually used it on a folding chair for a modified bike exercise. It was great compared to the previous attempts to use the chair. Not only assisted with a good posture, but kept my bottom comfortable.

Had helped immensely my lower back is no longer in constant discomfort from my computer chair since use this. I wish the back support had a little bit longer leeway to fit around larger backed chairs, mine is pushing it.
I would recommend this product. Deducted a star in support due to I can't really adjust the back part because of the retraction in how wide a chair it will go around, it isn't a deal breaker though.

My back and butt pad are good. The butt pad part broke into 3 pieces when washed. I am not mad about it, gorilla tape fixed that clean break. It also takes very long to dry, 2-3 days.

I bought it for the lower lumbar support because I was in a new position at work and went from on my feet most days to staying at a desk and my back hurt all the time. As soon as I sat on the cushion I wondered where it had been all my life. I mean it felt so good. It took a little bit to find the right spot for the lumbar support and it kept sliding down. Now that everything is set my back feels much better.

This set is really nice and well made but the fabric on the top that you sit on is so slick it causes me to slide on it and almost off the chair quite often. I'm very impressed with their customer service. Waiting on a new cover to try.

Wow, what a difference this product makes. Previously I kept adding pillows to a chair but was still getting up from it in discomfort. From the first time I used it - even backwards lol made a difference. I feel so much better. I bought the pad and backrest as an alternative to buying an expensive desk chair. I am so glad I did. I even got it a day earlier than expected.

I like that it does have a split in the cushion to allow the tailbone relief. But, it doesn't actually fit or stay in place and the split between sides is not as helpful as I had hoped. Also, I didn't need the back cushion. So it sits in the closet. That said, I was very happy with the seller. As I received the order pretty quickly, and the products were as advertised.

I work 12 hour shifts that require sitting 90 percent of the time. We have what are called 24/7 chairs, but that only means that they are built to last having someone sit in the chair 24/7. They are not comfortable to sit in at all. After ten years I decided to do something about it and get this. The two combined are wonderful. Just the right amount of cushion and support. I do wish the strap on the lumbar support was tighter because it slides down the chair if you move or sit up. It could just be the design of my chair. Overall my tush and my back are happy.

Overall I like this product but the seat cushion was is too soft for my husband's preference. He said it doesn't help his back problems. Luckily, I bought a different set (different manufacturer) for myself and we switched the seat portion. It was perfect since he needed the firmer seat for his back and I wanted a softer seat. This set has a softer cushion for those that prefer something softer. The back cushion is fine and works as intended.

I was worried when I unboxed this because both the seat and back rest were super flat but they puffed up nicely. They are comfortable.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the back rest doesn't stay in place. The strap needs to have more room to tighten so it will stay in place. Maybe the seat needs some stabilizer as well but it doesn't slip around when you are sitting on it. It can occasionally come off the seat when you get up though. Not a horrible thing but not 5 star worthy.
Overall it made the seat I'm using it on way more comfortable.

Great product for back discomfort and tailbone discomfort. I have to position myself a few times every 20 minutes just to help with tail bone discomfort, but this has helped me so much and I'm able to sit comfortably for hours at a time. Memory foam feels great. Easy to attach to a computer chair or any chair really. Not too bulky or heavy. Great purchase.

I work from home and use a DeskCycle under my desk, which has caused tail bone discomfort from lack of support. Purchased this for my office chair that has absolutely no cushion at all. My tail bone had started giving me issues with the pressure the chair had been putting on it. Once I put this cushion on within a day or two I could tell a huge difference. The lumbar support was something I didn't know I needed but I'm very happy this product came with. The only issue I had was the zipper split in the middle once. I unzipped completely and then zipped back up and have had no other issues since.

During two weeks of use, I found that the cushion easily held my 180lb weight with no loss of support. It kept my legs from falling asleep, and I was never sore after sitting for hours straight at my desk.
If you choose to buy this set, make sure you have a place like an outdoor shed or garage with open windows where you can air out the pillows.

Its comfy and feels velvety. The padding could be just a little thicker as it flattens out a little. This one is better than another one I bought and that one did not come with a lumbar pad or eye shades. It's not bad for the money it's a pretty good deal and its relief for my back and glutes.
I unzipped it to see the pad. There were some small brown spots but I don't know what it is as it would not rub off.

I like how these came in a combo pack, using the same, memory-foam material for both, the lumbar and sacrum support. I also like the size, as many other brands are too large to fit in a regular sized office chair. The lumbar cushion is adjustable, and can be fitted on the chair to hit just the right spot in the back, offering good support. The sacral cushion could be a bit thicker, as it starts to wear down after only about 30 min of sitting (and I'm a small woman), so I would imagine it losing cushion depth even more or faster in larger people. I'm thinking of purchasing a second, sacral cushion to place on top, hoping that would make up for the flattening.

TOOOOOOOTALLY worth it to buy. I am tall, fat, and an IT professional who has to sit all day in meetings or beasting out work on the screens.
This helps maintain posture which increases blood flow and helps me stay more motivated to work.
I broke my tail bone slipping on ice a bunch of years ago so if I do not have something like this - it can be excruciating to sit still. This helps so so soooo much.
I take less discomfort meds and feel better using these pillows.

Seems pointless, I'd prefer if the cushion was larger than have a lumbar. But I know some of you need it. 4 stars for me. ^^ Will update depending on how it feels in a few hours.
Few hour update: I can sit all day (Which I shouldn't do; but alas! I can!) My only issue again is I use the lumbar as a double seat for more support but at least my butt doesn't hurt for sitting for too long. The only problem now is if I adjust too much the pillows eventually need to be readjusted because they don't stick in place when I sit on both. Minor issue. Back up to 5 stars since I can sit all day (even though again, I shouldn't)

This seat cushion is probably one of my best investments yet. I was disappointed with the support my desk chair was giving me as my back was constantly strained from sitting on it for long hours as I'm learning remotely from school. I didn't want to buy a whole new chair, so I was decided to hunt for a chair cushion and came across this one based on it's wonderful reviews. Once I received my cushions, it was neatly packed and very easy to install. I was concerned it wasn't going to work out because of my chair back rest was small, however I was able to adjust it with the straps and it fit perfectly and secured. Once I sat on the chair, It felt very comfortable as my back was supported and my spine was aligned giving me great posture and the cushion on the bottom made feel as if I was sitting on a cloud as it was very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it, especially for those who will be sitting down for long hours!
