I had recently bought an adjustable desk chair that, at its lowest setting, was to high for my feet to rest on the floor. I have only used this foot rest for and hour or so and can tell that it has easily solved my issue with this chair. I am using this foot rest at its lowest setting, but it has two higher settings, if needed. It was ready to use, right out of the box, so no assembly was needed. The only suggestion that I would have would be that I wish it was a little wider.

I was perfect for my computer chair that sits to high and stress the back of my knee's, if you can't find the right height chair this allow you to use any chair that that has a high distances between foot to back of knee.

This is a great footrest. Sitting in a chair all day, you want to have your feet elevated at time. The elevated beads help your feet as a massage and your feet will feel great anytime. Being able to adjust it is great so you can have it at any angle or height you would want.

I was getting numbness in my hands and arms because my computer desk is too high. To reach it correctly I have to raise my home office chair up to the highest level but then my feet are dangling and it cuts my circulation for my lower legs and feet. This device put my feet at the right level, it is adjustable and I can rock it with my feet which limbers up my arthritic ankles. It's just been great! Now I don't have to get a new desk or chair which would have cost alot more and my hands and feet arms and legs are not numb and falling asleep.

Solid yet lightweight; easy to move around when needed; the rotation ability keeps feet relaxed… One slight downside is that it collapses when you pick it up or move it, so it does not lock in… but great height adjustments.

I needed something under my desk when I work and this suited my feet! It's perfect to rest your feet on and allows you to sit up right. My desk is higher than normal so my chair has to sit higher. Rather than put my feet on the "feet" of the chair, this foot rest allows me to sit upright with a better posture. I like the various adjustment levels. I do not like that it slips on hardwood floor. It needs better grips on the bottom.

I love that the item arrived right away and exceeded my expectations. It is nice that I am not restricted to having it remain in one position, and can change the angle that my feet are positioned in. I noticed my wife was always dangling her feet or sitting crossed legged because her chair was just a bit too high. Recently got a new desk at work, and ran into the slight (and unexpected) issue that my old desk had an open front that allowed me to prop up my feet, but my new desk had a closed front which meant I no longer had the ability to prop up my feet. I know some people reading this are probably trying to figure out the big deal with that, but trust me, it’s not just annoying, but also somewhat uncomfortable not being able to prop your feet up, especially when setting all day. I ended up buying this hoping for the best, and to my surprise it has worked fantastic. The angle has worked perfectly, and the unit is big enough to fit you feet, but not so large that it ends up in your way. Highly recommend for anyone who sets at a desk a lot and wants a more comfortable option!

I have had this for a few weeks now and it does the trick. My feet are able to rest on it comfortably while I work at my desk.Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but it seems to work great for me. If you stand on it, you are likely to break it but there is a warning right on top telling you not to do that specific thing.

When you have pneumatic chairs and you've lifted them, sometimes your feet are up in the air. This footrest gives me a comfortable place to rest my feet. I have a chair that lifts really high and it would be great if the footrest could go higher.

I normally do not review products, but this is amazing! I spend 8-10 hours a day at my desk and my feet get fidgety and achy. The rocking motion of this stool moves with my feet instead of against them. The beaded design is massaging on the bottoms and sides of my feet. Plus, having my feet slightly elevated makes my lower back feel better. 10/10 recommend!!

I have always had trouble with getting comfortable behind my computer. I play video games and school on my PC and spend hour and hours at it. I got in the habit of putting my feet on the wall under my desk until I noticed that left a rub area on the wall. Ok rethink my situation .. what to do! A growth spurt is out of the question.I ordered this thinking Maybe it would help. It was the perfect idea!!! My feet reach the board and the bumps are a great massage point. The tilting the massage effect everything made me more comfortable. I am short and when I sit at a desk for any length of time my feet and legs start to bother me. This gives the extra height I need to rest my feet on. It is adjustable. I wish it were a little cheaper as it’s only made of plastic and doesn’t heat or vibrate but it works for me.

My feel don't quite reach the ground at my desk, and this foot rest is perfect for it. It has three different adjustable heights. I thought that I wouldn't like that the top of the foot rest swivels, but it actually feels really good to keep your ankles moving while you are sitting. Wish I had bought this a long time ago!

I wanted something to help with the fact that my feet didn't hit the ground with my favorite configuration of my new computer chair. I was dubious about the durability, efficacy and comfort but wow was I happy.Adjusted to the right height then it feels great and is completely solid. The texture on it feels great barefoot and the dynamic rotation prevents cramps I believe and even if it doesn't it in no way detracts from anything; your feet are supported where they are and free to move.Great product, I will make them buy me another when we go back to work in offices again

Just got this the other day and I am very satisfied. It fits perfectly under my desk and I am currently using the lowest setting and it is perfect. I am 5'1 and my legs tend to dangle lol but now with this foot rest I have a comfortable place to rest my feet. The nobs feel great for a mini foot massage when you move your feet around and the rocking back and forth helps to engage my calves and add movement to my legs while I have to sit for work. The mechanisms to rise it and lower it are very easy to follow. Overall, perfect for me and exactly what I was looking for and needed to make my office much more ergonomically pleasing. Will update if anything changes :)

I love this thing! I work 40+ hours a week at my desk, and I’m short, so I usually end up perched on the edge of my chair hunched over my keyboard. This little thing has been a lifesaver! I love that I can adjust the height, but my favorite part is that I can rock my feet back and forth. For a wiggler like me, that motion just helps. It’s lightweight, I can easily move it around with my feet if I need it out of the way. Seems sturdy so far, I’ve only had it out of the box for 3 days. Worth every penny!

I made a desk that was a bit too tall and wanted something to put my feet on for better ergonomics. This is one of those things you see in offices under the desks of people who use a vertical mouse. I never understood the need. But now that I'm working at home I feel greater need to be comfortable so I thought I'd try it. Truth be told I think its great. The foot rest comes fully assembled and ready to use out of the box. It seems sturdy and well made though it has warnings not to stand on it. I like fidgeting my feet on it during long Zoom meeting as I inevitably get restless. Also it's grippy enough on the floor I can keep my feet on it when I scoot my chair around.

This is amazing.Bought this foot rest for a long day office use. I love its adjustable angle and height feature to meet my need. Plus this does not rock. The types that rock eventually make my ankles sore because I just don't stop moving them. The footrest is not bumpy and does not irritate my feet With this foot rest, I can stretch my calf muscle when I'm sitting in front of my desk or using standing desk. my foot now is able to get a good rest from it. The large tilt platform is great too. Good quality and sturdy!

I did not realize what a difference this would make!I am too short for my feet to touch the ground in my ergonomic desk chair, but I was getting by with putting my feet on the wheels.I tried one of the squishy pillow type foot rests, but it just squished down to the floor and didn't really help.This is exactly what I needed. I didn't realize it would make my chair more comfortable. It changes everything. I know that sounds dramatic, but I'm very happy I bought this!I like that the angle doesn't lock into place. I makes it more comfortable for me. I tend to wiggle my feet when I sit, so the rocking motion works out perfectly for me. I mostly work in my slippers, but sometimes barefoot or with socks or shoes. It works with all of them.
