In my opinion, it is understuffed, and thus feels like it flattens a little too easily and doesn't provide quite enough support. In addition, the materials used in the Cloudz are higher quality. The spandex is very thin and the cloud is just not as well made as the Cloudz. Because, in spite of these issues, I still like the cloud a little more than the Cloudz, I will do a few things to remedy this.

Just ordered 3 of these. I've used them for many years. I would estimate they hold up for about 3+ years. The beads will eventually break down. You can wash the cover, but not the pillow. I always use a pillowcase with mine. It works with my CPAP head gear just fine.

I'd ordered three (can't buy or even find them at a decent price locally anymore, and they do need to be replaced once or twice a year). i like a low pillow that retains its shape all night -- and i don't move a lot when i sleep. this is the best pillow i have ever used that does that. i have tried many pillows over many years and always return to this particular one. i have tried clones of this one and they simply don't work. get this original one! i now have 8 of them in various locations (2 on boat, 2 in rv, 2 at each house). i do have one complaint...they are not washable nor dryable so you do have to expect to replace them once in a while...but since i am one person and seldom have company i only have to replace one once in a great while. when i do have company i find that they prefer this pillow over the others that i have at the houses and they then go home an buy this one on line. certainly worth trying this original one (not the "bamboo" or a clone) before you buy the more well advertised or "hyped" one or big box store one!

I had a cloud Cloud Pillow for several years and loved my pillow. I left it at a hotel two months ago and have tried sleeping on pillows we had in a misguided attempt to punish myself. Oh boy did I suffer. My neck, shoulders, arms hurt. I woke up every few hours and got up tired. finally I gave up and gave myself permission to order my pillow from Amazon. Oh what a relief! The first night I laid my head down on my new cloud Cloud Pillow I instantly went to sleep and woke up rested with no discomforts. Now a word about the smell. I had this pilow before so as soon as I opened the box I removed the pillow from the plastic and put it outside to air out for 3 or 4 hours. I took the pillow case and washed it in the washer on normal. I hung it up on a hanger and put it outside in the sun to air dry. I put my pilliw in the case within 4 hours of receipt and NO ODOR. Very soft, but supportive. Able to mold to exact height needed depending on sleep position. It would be the best pillow I've ever owned, except to absorbs and holds heat from the day. After trying at leat 10 different pillows I almost just gave up and used a so so pillow. I'm glad I found this pillow. It is soft but still gives support. Weather you're a back, side or stomach sleeper it will comfort you. I tend to move around and sleep in all of these positions and stay comfortable throughout the night.

I love these pillows I travel with one because I have neck issues with regular pillows. My regular cloud is too heavy to travel with so this takes it's place when I go away. My ONLY complaint about this pillow is the cover. The cover is so stretchy that it allows the pillow to eventually stretch out so as to be unusable. If the cover had less give to it, it could contain the pillow and keep it from flattening out, but maybe they are just brilliant because it keeps us buying them, I don't know. Either way I end up buying another one eventually, I guess I have had about 3 so far. They are very squishable and also good as a "huggy pillow" if you sleep on you side and hug a pillow to you.

I have had several of these and they really work well for my neck. The most recent one I ordered, however, is fuller than the others and it ot comfortable. I think I will try letting out some of the little beads and see if I can use it. The beads take a little getting used to and have to be managed when you turn on your side, but all in all, I know it has helped my neck. I think the reason it works for me is that it positions my head so that I don't end up sleeping with my neck at awkward angles.

I have three of these now. When they are new, they may take some getting used to, but these cloud pillows are amazing. Break them in with your own head/neck position and nothing is better. I use one to cuddle with and support my chest area (note to the ladies with boobs). They squish down a bit with much use, but are super comfortable then, too. At first the little beads inside do make a little sound, but get over it. These are fantastic. It's soft and cozy neck and head support which everyone needs. I use it for my feet that hurt so bad at night. I can lay them on the pillow and it distributes the weight and I can get my feet just right. I do have my bedcovers raised at the feet to relieve pressure on feet. I gave for stars because the cover fits a little snug and keeps it firmer.
