Honestly, this chair is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's incredibly comfy, the mechanism to recline and push forward a person is very good. I like the side pockets for storing things, and the cup holders are a nice touch.The only thing is that the rise/recline mechanism can be a little slow, but that's probably more for safety reasons.It has been super helpful for my disabled dad because his biggest struggle was getting off the couch. Now he can get pushed up easily and he can move around with his walker.I like it so much, I plan on getting one for myself one day when I have the spare money again.

the box needs to have handles cut into the sides...it was hard to move around and wrap handles would've been nice...i would've cut into the box to make handles but was afraid of cutting the chair. Thanks, it's beautiful and my dad loves it.

It has to be far away from the wall to fully recline.Cup holders are great for water,phone and remote.Lots of pocket space for books and newspapers,etc.

My recliner is very! comfortable took 5 minutes to assemble after unpacking true comfort I feel so much secure getting in and out of my chair, the lift practically stands me straight up, the heat and massage are a bonus. My chair is a God send for me.

This chair is wonderful. My 81 y/o father is stage 4 cancer, he has difficulty getting comfortable and out of his recliner. This chair is a game changer. Its easy to operate, it's very comfortable, he loves the lift mechanism as well as the heat and massage program. I'm so glad we found this chair. Don't let the price fool you. I read a review about the lift being slow, I don't agree, I think it's just fine you don't want to be ejected from the chair like a amusement park ride. Its perfect.

We bought this for my husband to sleep in after open heart surgery and it worked great. The controls all work great. The massage really surprised me, but the heat seems a little under whelming. I kept telling my husband "Don't buy it for the heat/massage" because at this price I didn't expect it to be great. As I said, the massage surprised me. Definitely way better than I would expect from this price range. The fabric is nice and the lift works well (although it's ridiculously slow).

I ordered this for mu Daughter because she is having a hip replacement surgery done 12-9-19 and needed a lift chair with the comfort to sleep in it as well. She absolutely loves the chair and was amazed at how comfortable it is and very pleased how the heat works. This is a definite 5 star item!
