I use treadmills alot - home, treadmill desk at work. I initially bought this for my home desk setup while waiting for a replacement motor on my commercial treadmill. It's been over a year of hard use with no signs of wear or hiccups. I am beyond impressed. I'm 5' 7" with a 30" inseam and walk at 3.2 mph - that's about the limit of comfortable walking for this length of tread. Great job treadmill people!

I was considering dropping $1k+ on a lifespan walking pad and man am I glad I didn't. I have 300+ miles on my pad and the thing is just great. You do need to lube it every hundred miles and adjust the track a bit to the left or right every so often, but that's not too hard. I cannot get over the value of this thing. I have pitched it to all my friends, telling them there's no reason to not to get a walking desk and be burning 100s of calories every single work day.
Susan
Love the easy set up. Was walking within 15 minutes of opening box. The app is helpful and I love you the remote.
Caitlyn M
Easy setup, love using this at my standing desk. My only complaint is stowing it away, you can’t stand it upright, it has to lay flat so I just move it underneath some furniture.
Tara
Works great and i love it! So worth the money. Had a small issue with it not working and email support and they were so responsive and walked me through pairing the remote back to the treadmill. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!
Nicole
Was very impressed by this walking pad.It was better quality than I was expectingAbsolutely love that the app connects to the walking pad so I can track my daily steps calories burnt and distance I’ve had this for about a week and I’ve been pleasantly surprised and I actually love it I would recommend this to anybody that’s looking at a walking pad
Amanda Dominguez
This little walking pad is excellent for under my built in desk. It's easy to move into my closet or under my bed for storage but leaving it out, you can hardly notice it! The only thing I don't love is how loud the beep is when you turn it on. But that may just be a setting I haven't found yet. So glad I bought this!
ZKal
I really love this treadmill. Easy assembly, its light to carry around and has all the functionality that I would need. I’m very pleased with this purchase!
Carolyn
This treadmill is working out form me. I love the fact the it doesn’t take too much space. The app keeps me motivated. I just wished it would connect to my apple health to count my steps or workouts
Bruce B
We ordered this to use in our 3rd floor attic during the snowy, winter months here in New England. It arrived in good order with no issues. Very pleased with the good quality and easy to use remote. The variable speeds just right for anyone. It is best used with a standing desk or something equivalent. I just attached an extended grab handle to the attic wall in order to have something to hold on to. Very satisfied with our purchase.

I can walk and work all day! Easy to walk slowly and continue computer work or conference calls. Quiet enough I can talk and walk at the same time. A little heavier and bulkier to move around than expy, but I still move multiple times each day.
hmarie
This is my first at-home walking pad purchase and I have zero complaints so far. I had it set up and in use an hour after receiving the item. I use it multiple times a day without issue. A great way to get steps in while watching a movie or tv show. I definitely recommend!
Jemika
This product was exactly what I was looking for to supplement my other equipment. It was great speed.

I bought this because a co-worker had one. So far I am loving it. I stand or sit at my desk all day and now I walk too! I have over 7000 steps and it’s not even 3pm. I share an office and while it does have a low hum, my coworkers say it just sounds like white noise. It does beep quite loudly when you first turn it on so be aware of that if you share space. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but it’s been great so far.

I’ve had a good experience with this walking pad. I mostly got it so that I have an easy way to walk when the weather/heat/etc. makes outside walking not feasible, and so that I’m able to quickly get my steps in at night rather than pacing around before bed waiting for a Fitbit step goal notification (don’t ask me how many times I’ve done this). It’s very straightforward and doesn’t require much setup in the beginning, nor does it take a lot of work to use each time — you just turn it on, hit the remote to your desired speed, and go. Weeding through all of the walking pad options when I was deciding which one to purchase was overwhelming, but this one does exactly what I need it to, and I’m happy with my choice.
Victoria Cannon
So glad I bought this, its in the cheaper end, but its so high quality. I use it every morning and its so quietIf you are going to be using this or any other walking pad frequently I advise getting some shoes to use only on the walking pad as walking on a flat surface can hurt your feet eventually
tiffany
Perfect walking pad for work. It comes with an app so that’s really cool!! It has wheels so it’s easy to move to another location if you want.
Wade C
Love this walking pad! Have used it daily since I've gotten it. Easy set up. Wish it had a longer cord though.
Sharonna Jarrett
I like how it was easy to get started. Directions were direct simple and easy. I store in my bedroom right under my bed! So far so good I turn my speaker all the way up and have a FIRE workout. I haven’t had this fun of a workout in a longgggh time im excited to incorporate this walking pad in my weight loss journey!

I had ordered a few of the walking pads and they were super easy to install - just had to plug them in!Since we ordered 3 machines, we needed to have one remote controlling one machine. I reached out to their customer service email and was pleasantly surprised with how fast they responded. Throughout all of our conversations, I was talking with a person an entire time (rather than an automated bot like many companies provide you with). The team worked promptly to address the problem I was having and exceeded my expectations with a resolution.I will be recommending this company to everyone who is looking for an under desk treadmill. I wish I could give a review greater than 5/5 - simply the best!

Absolute perfect walking pad. Also I didn’t know it came with an app called PitPat that does virtual walks and competitions. Super easy setup and small enough to put anywhere. Only slight critique is that it’s quite a bit heavier than I was expecting. It says it’s only 45 pounds which isn’t bad at all but maybe how the weight is placed inside makes it awkward to move, idk. I figured a walking pad that supposed to be portable to slide under your bed or wherever would be a little lighter but still I would give it the full five stars. The synced app with it is reason enough to buy it!
Veronica
I don't know why you'd buy a regular treadmill. This is a perfect size, great for walking, jogging... You do have to have a sense of balance with not bars to hold on to but the size is so ideal. Lightweight, easy to move and love the remote function. Only thing I wish you could turn off was the beeping... It beeps every time you hit a button and drives my dogs wild. But for functionality and price, it was exactly what I was looking for. Considering ordering a second one for my work office.
Nicole
It’s not bulky it doesn’t take up any space . It’s very easy to use and track your time on it.
Carla
This came packaged so well that there was really no way it could come damaged! Ready to use right out of the box and very easy to operate. The one feature I appreciate is the countdown to when it starts and the slowdown when finished. Great piece of equipment to use to get steps in during the winter months and rainy weather.
Michelle Walker
The walking pad is easy to set up and use, to move out of the way. So far I am happy with my purchase.
Heather Kerrigan
I purchased my walking pad a year ago. It works perfectly I was getting my steps in and I got sick. One week without it and somehow the remote went missing. I was so upset, I contacted the customer service team who were absolutely amazing. They worked their magic to resolve my issue and get me a new remote, even when they were on back order. Communication was prompt and I am so thankful to be back to getting my steps in on my walking pad.

If you have room for it, this makes exercise convenient because it is still tiny enough that it doesn't overtake the area.I mainly use it to walk on. I am unsure about running on this thing, because it doesn't feel long enough. But, I think, you could get a nice jog going. The only downside to this is the fact that there is nothing to hold on to. We positioned it behind our couch so that there is something to grab on to in case we lose our balance.Overall, this works perfect for my needs.
GRETA
This is a good machine so far. I was pleased that it is wide enough. I use it when it is too cool to walk outside. I really like that it is not loud. It is easy to move around. I pull it out of the corner so I can walk and then just roll it back. I was concerned that it would drag because of my weight. I weight around 260 but had bad experience with other saying that they have a 300 lb capacity and does not accommodate my weight. This has not slipped or stalled at all. Great device if you don't want a bulky pad.
Andrew
The size is perfect and doesn’t squeak or make loud noises. Beyond easy to set up as well. So far so good!
Nancy Jacobs
Love using it while watching tv instead of just sitting around. Easy to use and adjust speed
Lisa Miller
It is simplistic and functional. Exactly what I needed for an under desk walking treadmill. I have been using it every day since I got it and it is working great.
Joanna Lenart
Love this! It’s the perfect size to put under desk and walk while working… it’s not heavy at all but it also has wheel on the front end to make it easier to move around! I’m happy with my purchase!
Barbara Borner
I really like this treadmill so far. Gives you time, distance, calories and speed in nice large numbers you can see. Easy to store when not using
Emma
Very easy to set up and use, lightweight to store. Has been a great addition to my WFH setup
Georgina Santilli
I love being able to walk at my desk all afternoon. The app is great for tracking my miles walked. The only thing I would love more is to connect via my iwatch
Lab Luver
This is a compact treadmill. I love that it can be stored under my guest room bed when not in use. It came packaged very well with no damage in an extremely strong box. I placed it on the floor and plugged it in. Connecting to the app was easy. The switch is on the front, flip it on and start walking. It is extremely quiet and I had absolutely no issues with the belt as was indicated in other reviews. I am so happy with this purchase. I’ve had larger treadmills and had to sell them due to their size. This one is perfect, as I just slide it under the bed when guests arrive The plug detaches so you don’t have to fool with and it can be easily stored. I would caution anyone with balance issues to know that there is nothing to hold onto. I used a walking stick until I felt comfortable. I am also short, 5’ 1”. I don’t know how this may work for a person with a long stride. I would measure your stride and compare it to the belt length. This is a great treadmill and I’m very happy I purchased it!
alberto a
I love how easy it is to use. Easy to turn on and off. I’m 300lbs and feel very comfortable walking on it.
Mikayla Knoell
Seriously, perfect for what I needed. It is quieter than I expected. Strangely I think I focus more on my work. My standing desk shakes a little when I use it but I am getting used to it. My only complaint is there is no pause feature. If I need to stop to use the restroom or something, it won't save my distance progress. Otherwise, fits my stride perfectly and is a great width for me. I have used it a couple days and have not noticed any belt slippage!
Gracie Fernandez
Great waking pad for my stand up desk! The sleek look doesn’t take away the fact that it is a walking pad. Fits well under desk and the remote makes it easy to start and stop and adjust speed while on the pad. Grabbed this while it was on sale, so it’s been a great investment.

UPDATE: after a bit of back and forth with customer service, they are replacing my walking pad! i am thankful for their understanding and thorough investigation into helping me try and solve the issue and i am super pleased with their customer service and prompt response! they really did all they could to remedy the issue!I've had this walking pad for less than a year and the noises coming from this thing are so insane - loud and horrible. The belt on this walking pad keeps shifting and I've tried to fix it multiple times, plus oiling it. Nothing will work and the sound is getting so bad and the belt is so bad that the pad is unusable. I would not recommend this walking pad to anyone :(
Laura M
I really loved this treadmill upon purchasing it! It has its issues with the belt stopping after an hour and occasional belt misalignment. Unfortunately, even after lubricating the belt and making sure the motor has no debris in it, my treadmill overheats and has a concerning burning smell everytime I use it. I use it 5 days a week for 3-4 miles, 3 out of the 4 weeks in a month. Unfortunately this treadmill has not help up so far. After posting this review I was given a full refund of the item, great customer service!!
Josue
The five stars are for the customer service team! Although the product did not end up working for me after only 2 months, they were helpful to pinpoint the problem and have promised to issue a refund when the replacement stopped working as well. I loved the walking pad, it just didn’t work after daily use for 2 months.
Lena Collingwood
*Update!!! Customer service is incredible. After posting this review someone reached out and offered a full refund for the walking pad. After sending them a video of the defect, they sent me my refund. Customer service was quick and kind!I loved this product and would use it for 30-45 minutes about 2 times a week. Great for my small apartment. I went to use it today and the display randomly stopped working. Nothing happened to it physically and I tried starting/turning off and it’s still gone.

First and foremost, the user-friendliness of this walking board is outstanding. The intuitive control panel. Even a new user you can easy to use it.What really stood out to me was the convenience of storage. Its compact design ensures that it doesn't take up unnecessary space when not in use.Undoubtedly, this walking board is perfectly suited for home use. Its quiet yet powerful motor provides a smooth and comfortable walking experience, allowing me to get my steps in without disturbing the household. The adjustable speed settings cater to a wide range of fitness levels, making it suitable for both gentle walks and brisk cardio sessions.
Hannah Perned
remote control stopped working after 1 month. Blinking red and won't turn the treadmill on....Update: great customer service. They reached out and I got a full refund. Thank you
Veronica
I am rehabbing a broken leg and need to walk, but don’t want to take a chance getting too far away from the house and not be able to walk home or pass out in the heat. I recently bought a desk that goes up or down so I could stand and work, and this treadmill fits perfect to walk and work with the desk up. I’m 5’1 and can easily move the treadmill to the other side of the room and lean it against the wall. I wish it stopped smoother, but it’s not dangerous so it’s not a big deal just a preference, and for the price it’s perfectly fine.
Mac
Not too loud, easy to move around and super convenient. I use mine almost everyday

UPDATE: Seller responded to my issue quickly and offered me a full refund. I would buy from them again because of their customer service. I specifically purchased this model because it said it has a capacity of 300lbs. I'm not 300lbs, but wanted the security of the additional weight capacity to be safe. The belts keeps sticking and stopping as I'm walking. I loosened the 2 screws like the instructions said, but that did not help. The instructions said I do not need to oil it right out the box so I didn't. I am going to try oiling it and see if that stops the sticking. I really hope this fixes this issue as I have been looking forward to using my machine.

This treadmill is perfect and exactly what I was wanting to complete my WFH office. It is ready to use right out of the box and is the perfect size. It has taken some getting used to working while walking, but this makes it a dream to get those extra steps in during the day instead of sitting the whole time.I would definitely recommend this walking pad!

Just unpack and go. My first time using it, watching TV and getting some steps in. Comfortable, sturdy, not too loud. Well see how it holds up!
Chuck McAllister
Great treadmill for the price. I'm getting 4-6 miles in everyday at my desk while listening to conference calls. Not too loud and the remote makes it super easy to control the pace. Best purchase I've made in awhile
Brittany
Easy to push in and out from storage to use. Handheld remote is a blessing. Not loud at all. Perfect for the price point and still get the same type of workout in without having to make room for a massive treadmill.
Felipe Navarro
Bought my first machine in Jan. Lasted for about 6 months (I use it 2-3/a day) the motor seemed to go out but with an email sent to support along with my order and video showing the issue they replaced the treadmill and it arrived 2 days later. Already had 4 workouts on the new machine, works great! Worth every cent.
Kris
Just received it, but I noticed it's noisy. I thought it would be quiet/no noise.Edit.WOW, customer service just contacted regarding my issue and offered to give a full refund. I've been enjoying the machine since I WFH it's a way to be active during the day. It helps me get steps in even that i otherwise wouldnt have. I also do an arm workout while using it.Great customer service! I highly recommend!!
Alton Bryant
We ordered two treadmills, and the remotes control both— no answers on how to fix this.Update. I was hasty with the review. Customer service provided us with two 1 to 1 remotes. I could not figure it out so they offered to get me another one to fix the problem. Everyone at my facility is jealous and wants one for themselves. It keeps me moving and focused. Great buy!!! My husband ordered one also
Natasha
I am more than happy with this product. I can walk and jog on it and it is smooth and quiet! The remote make it easy to use as you can exercise with it in your hand meaning you can change pace as you go and it makes it easy to stop when you get tierd without having to lean forward and press buttons. It has wheels as well to it is easy and discreet to store in your home. As for customer service I have lost the remote and recently got in touch with them. They replied very fast and have offered to send me a new one at no cost which is so kind! I love the product and if you are in two minds about it, you should get one! Really happy with it! :)

I just bought this walking pad and I really like it. I can maneuver my walker rollator over it and walk 0.6-1.0. I have to be careful as I live alone and don't want to overdo it. I used to walk in my neighborhood, but after putting up with three drive-by shootings in the middle of the day, I don't want to become a statistic, even though I'm old. It was a little difficult to get into my house and maneuver it to where I wanted it, but I managed. I would totally recommend this.
Naya
Great little walking pad - not a full size treadmill - but sturdy can walk at a decent pace and great for under my standing desk. Light weight easy to move in and out of place. I have gone from sitting 10+ hours a day to walking 4-6 miles a day! It started to make a bit of a clicking noise after about 4 months of use, called Customer Support and they immediately made it right. Can't go wrong with this purchase. Only thing to note is getting the belt just right takes a little bit of trial and error, but once you figure it out its fine.
Kris Purdy
As a new working mom of two, I don't have a ton of time to go to the gym without either giving up precious sleep, or giving up time with my kiddos. This has helped me lose almost 40 pounds. It's quiet so I can be on work meetings without fear of them overhearing.About 2 months in, the motor started making a funny noise. Their customer service was A1! They were unable to troubleshoot the issue, so they are sending me a new replacement and allowing me to send the old back in the box of the new, since I disposed of my original box. Wonderful product!
Jacey
I’m walking on this walking pad while I type this review lol. The walking pad is very good quality and stores away easily. I have it so I can roll it out from under my bed. I’ve used it just about every day since I bought it. The only negative thing is 3.0 to 3.2 is a very big jump up compared to normal treadmills/walking pads. It’s also extremely narrow (this is fine for what I use it for) but if you try to walk fast or jog it’s to narrow for that.

I read many reviews for several walking pads before I ordered this one. I have used it 5 times so far. The box arrived undamaged. Once I opened the box, the walking pad was in one piece and did not require assembly. I added the included batteries in the remote and plugged the walking pad in under my desk. READ THE DIRECTIONS! I feel like any bad reviews are the result of people not reading how to adjust the belt before they start. I check the belt each time before I begin and adjust it if it is leaning slightly to one side. This way the belt doesn't rub on one side or the other. It is very quiet - the only noise comes from my steps on the belt. It does autostop at 60 mins and it slows slightly then jerks to a stop. You can also use the remote to stop it and that stop is much more gentle. I have only used this for walking but I really enjoy it so far and would definitely purchase it again.
Olivia Girgis
Such a good treadmill! Overall I'm really happy with this purchase, the only things I have to say about it/you should keep in mind are:1. It's a little narrow, so you do have to be a little careful walking. But as a smaller woman, it's not a big issue for me, but I can sometimes get a little tripped up if I'm looking at my phone while walking and lose good form.2. It stops abruptly after 1 hour. You can always restart it, but I didn't expect that at first. So not a major issue, but just something to be aware of!3. It stops abruptly in general, and so it's helpful to have something to hang on to when it stops. It's easy to lose balance when it stops if you're not paying attention, but since it's under a desk you have something to hold to when it happens!
Samantha Boudreau
I am not exaggerating when I say this walking pad has seriously changed my life! I was converted to remote and was really struggling with being so sedentary, this solved that. No more afternoon slump, getting 15-20k steps a day! It does automatically stop around 60 minutes which is just a safety feature. Doesn’t really bother me. It’s decently quite, but I wouldn’t use it if I were taking a meeting where I knew I’d be doing a lot of talking.I was nervous since there weren’t many reviews on this product compared to others, but I’m so happy I purchased this product! If you’re thinking about it, do it!

Had it for about a week now. Remote is a little finnicky, seems to need line of sight the the brain/front of the device but not a big deal. I'm right at the edge of the weight allowance but it seems to be sturdy enough....time will tell, but for the price if it lasts a year or more not a bad deal so my initial impression is that it's a really good value. For my purposes, I.E. using it as a walking pad for a few hours with a standing desk as I work, really works well. I wouldn't plan to use it as a jogging/running treadmill...so if that's what you are looking for I'd probably keep looking. As for the limitations that are most annoying (it's a bit cumbersome to move it out from under my desk to sit after I'm done walking for the day, and the tread itself is very narrow) they seem to be just a problem with any unit I found so I just have to deal. So TL;DR...good unit. Recommend
