The chair is pretty solid, it has nice material and is easy to assemble, however, the pedal to make the chair to recline to the back does not work, and I try to find instructions on how it's supposed to work and found nothing, and I consider this as a feature that sold me the item but in the end, does not work.I did contact support, and they did reply quite fast and helped me with the issue, and my kid is quite happy with the chair, he loves it... because of that updating the rating to 5 stars.
