I brought this chair for my girlfriend. She has severe back pain an works as my mom home health aide 10 hrs a day. Her back would hurt sitting at her table for hrs. The chair is pretty solid, it has nice material and is easy to assemble, however, the pedal to make the chair to recline to the back does not work, and I try to find instructions on how it's supposed to work and found nothing, and I consider this as a feature that sold me the item but in the end, does not work.I did contact support, and they did reply quite fast and helped me with the issue, and my kid is quite happy with the chair, he loves it... because of that updating the rating to 5 stars.

I love this gaming chair. It's very sturdy and lightweight. Love that I can sit in it comfortably for a long time as I edit photos for hours at a time. It's not to hard on the hips or back. Definitely recommend it.

This is the most comfortable gaming chair i have ever sat in and played my video games in the foot rest is amazing one thing that I personally think it needs with the foot rest and the reclining i think to make it a lot better is if it had a cup holder.

I upgraded from a used 20 year old chair to this one, and the differences are astounding. This one goes up and down and was super easy to install. It's also not too heavy, while being very versatile in its recline.

First off I'm a big guy 300+ so I had to find a chair that could hold up to my size, this chair was easy to assemble is comfortable and looks great with my set up I prefer it without the support pillows but that's just a personal preference thing one point to know is the foot rest is fairly small but not a issue for me as I don't use it. after a year of almost daily use there are no tears rips loose threads or even signs of wear I can see just keep up on monthly maintenance check your bolts keep them tight keep it clean and you won't be disappointed at all with your purchase I love this chair and am 100% satisfied with it's performance

My son is about 6'3" and well over 200 lbs--a big muscle-man type of guy that will only get bigger with the weight-lifting he does. This was a great gift! He says it was easy to put together which it would have to be if he did it by himself (not talented that way!). It is sturdy and comfortable and supportive and seems like it will be durable. He likes it much better than the previous chair that he ended up destroying fairly quickly.

My biggest worry was having to put this together, as I've never done anything like that. The parts are organized and the instructions are written incredibly well! It only took me an hour, even as inexperienced as I am. The chair looks exactly like advertised and works perfectly.

I saw this chair being used by a former heavyweight boxing champ on his internet show. I can see why he chose this heavy duty chair. I did replace casters with smooth rolling rubber wheels because of personal preference and I had a set on hand.

Absolutely love this chair! Watched several YouTube videos on this chair and others and glad I decided on this one. Great packaging. Came a day early! Fairly simple to build. Extremely comfortable. Won’t be using the footrest often but it is sturdy enough. Raises up enough for my height 6’2. Would have liked a midway point between upright and fully extended. Overall awesome gaming chair!

This computer chair is so comfortable i prefer sitting in it over recliner. it has a footstool that expands to you height. relative weighs over 300 pounds and uses this daily and it still in excellent condition! He loves to game in it even when using playstation. There are a variety of colors! i chose the blue and black as he favored this item!

I got this chair because my other gaming chair broke, it’s comfortable to sit in and the lumbar attachment really helps if you have lower back problems (which I have), the caster wheels are smooth on the floor so you don’t have to worry about rough movements of the chair also the headrest helps your stay positioned correctly to reduce neck fatigue from extended gaming sessions (it really comes in handy when I’m playing American truck simulator).

I really love this chair overall. It’s comfortable and the foot rest was a big selling point for me. I did however have a big angle cut into the bottom of my foot rest for some reason but I stitched it up since it was on the underside. I had a bunch of extra parts in the assembly too that aren’t even in the instructions. Oh well what I needed was there.

The chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble, I didn't get in trouble at all. Adjustable almost to lie down. Chairs like these won't usually last after 3 years, so don't get your hopes up.

I ordered this for my daughter's room. But the chair was too big for the desk. So I took it to my office instead. Very easy to assemble except for the leg support pad, we needed to grease it up a bit to slip into the slots. I have gotten tons of compliments on the chair, but it is very comfortable with the back support and my aches and pains suck as pack, sciatic, and legs, so I'm very happy I kept the item.

The chair is so comfortable. The stitching is well done. It has extra pillows that attach for comfort. The assembly instructions could be more specific, but it only took me 20 minutes to assemble. I found installation instructions on YouTube.com. The chair is sturdy and the operating pedals for tilt and height work very well.

Not only does it totally match my office aesthetic, but it is comfortable for the long hours working at home and was not difficult to put together! Definitely would recommend this chair. Easy to put together took less than 20 minutes. Came with no issues. I bought this for my husband who has some lower back issues, he loves this chair. It reclines really far back and simply slide out the foot rest. He actually fell asleep in it lol. The included small pillows add extra support. Would recommend!

Chair is large and fits a bigger individual which is a plus. Recline options are beneficial for different sized individuals. Wheels roll smoothly over short carpet. Instructions and materials for putting together need to be better labeled, guess and check was required for construction. Base of chair and seat not attached won’t be able to lift up. Foot rest not attached and can be pulled off.
