They can be used on thumbs, wrist, arm, foot, ankle, calf...anywhere they fit. You can attach together to make a larger wrap. Probably everyone at some point has a sore muscle that needs a little help. Very good value and a good product overall. Thanks.

I have occasional nights when one wrist or the other hurts too much to let me sleep - this usually works well enough. Also, I have trouble with my wrist sometimes when driving and the easy adjustment lets me get just the right amount of support. Great buy!
