I was surprised at how comfortable this chair is. It fits the curve of my back and the seat is comfortable, supportive, but not too soft. The wheels roll so smoothly I glide off my chair pad all the time, like greased lightning! I love the padded armrests that go all the way down, so there is plenty of room. This white leather looks executive and sophisticated yet feminine at the same time.

I bought this chair on a whim due to I had purchased a desk and needed a chair. The chair its self was very easy to put together. My 15 year old did it for me and have no problems. The chair is soft and very comfortable. My only complaint is the chair isn’t white. It’s more of an off white but I take that in to it was probably sitting somewhere in the box for awhile. Either way I like the off white just as much so it’s all good. Very nice chair though all around.

Beautiful Chair! I LOVE it! I had to pay someone to put it together. It took him over an hour and he tore a small piece of the leather. Obviously, that had nothing to do with the chair or the seller. Once it was "finally" put together, I don't have one regret with my purchase. It's comfortable and regal. *Only negative: It rocks and has wheels, but it doesn't recline...at least not to my knowledge. Worth buying! A++++

I bought this chair in March of 2020 as a result of being on lock down in the pandemic. I have worked every weekday since sitting in this chair, and it has held up amazingly well! I am petite and lightweight, so that may have something do to with the longevity and relative unworn aspect of the chair. The picture shown is in October 2023 after 3.5 years of use. For the cost - whis was a definite win! The only improvement I would wish for is adjustable height of the arm tests, since they are too high for me to use and also too high to fit under my desk so I can sit closer to my keyboard

Ok so, I telecommute from home full-time. I've gone thru MANY office chairs. I use this chair EXTREMELY FREQUENTLY. I've owned it just over a year. It has held up AMAZINGLY WELL! So this was my first choice for a chair. I work from home and on my pc so comfort was a big deal. But having just moved, I couldn't splurge on a super expensive chair and I really wanted this one, but opted out for a different chair to save myself some money. Unfortunately that chair was just a disappointment from the get go..both the one sent to me and the replacement by the manufacturer were defective and resulted in the chair leaning forward a bit. So once I got my refund from that chair I went ahead and spent the extra bit to get this one. Just got it together and though assembly was a bit of pain when attaching the back, once together and in use its perfect. I wish I had just bought it in the first place. The tilt option is nice, the wheels seems to not wanna roll as freely but will likely work itself out with further use. It looks awesome and I'm glad I finally got it.

First the box it comes in is super duper! Its been two days and our cats havent made a dent in it. This company is SERIOUS about protecting your product during shipping! Re use the box. 2nd OMGOSH this chair is amazing! I was the only human present to put it together and I did it in about 30/40 minutes. It might take you longer because I did have help--LOTS of help--from our felines. With a little forethought it was manageable. Theres room to wiggle in the seat and my husband could finally fall asleep at his computer in a better position than "slumped". Its so comfortable I had to fetch and carry all night (till he fell asleep, as usual) because my hubby didnt want to leave the chair. Well... he couldnt really. The chair fits about four cats fyi. Maybe five. Ours are a bit big. If he'd gotten up, the chair would have sucked the cats onto it and he wanted to enjoy it. Really well made chair. Highly recommend! Smooth action on the spin and lots of sprawling ability. You're gonna love it!

This is an absolutely superb office chair. I literally tried 3 different office chairs from Amazon and returned 2 of them since the others had significant problems and/or failed within very short periods of time. But NOT this one. It is extremely "solid" in construction, meaning nothing wobbles when it should not while being in the chair. It has held up beautifully and, in particular, the "lean-back" capability is not too lose or too firm. I am a relatively large man (assuming are we allowed to use that word any more!) at 200 pounds and I have sufficient room from either of the arm rests. My only slightly negative comment is that the seat is a little firm so I use a low-cost gel cushion which works out very nicely (also available on Amazon). On the other hand the slight firmness of the seat indicates to me that it won't collapse down very easily and so far it has not. I rarely take the time to write a review but I made an exception for this product since I wanted to share my very positive experience.

I'm a short (5'2") person who works from home on a laptop. I was getting excruciating neck pain from hunching over on a saggy couch, and needed something that would not make me a cripple in six months. I don't have a good furniture selection in in-person stores where I live, but I sat in the ones that were there, noted their measurements, and then went looking for something in my price range. This is what I found. I knew I needed a high back where I could immobilize my neck/shoulders until that was under control. I needed arms. I wanted something that could rock back or be fixed, whichever I felt like. And something that I could sit in comfortably as a short person and not have my feet stick out like a three-year-old. Also, I had to be able to afford it. I don't like buying furniture sight-unseen, but it turned out to be just what I was looking for--whew! Neck pain is gone and much work has been accomplished in this chair.

I use this chair for my home office and it's one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever owned. The quality and finish is also outstanding, although the painted metal pieces seem to scratch very easily, apparently due to a very thin layer of paint. All in all, the value for the money is outstanding and I highly recommend this chair to anyone with a home office on a small budget.

I didn't like them at first because I'm not good at putting things together. I called a friend, who came over and within 2 hours, we had all 6 put together. I have gotten soooo many compliments on them. Now, I loved my OLD ones which were mid-back, these are high-back, so I have to get used to them. If you’re questioning whether this chair is comfortable or worth the price, all I have to say is yes. It is so comfortable (even after sitting in it for hours) and I love the color and the look of the material. Creaks slightly but I’m sure I can fix it! It comes with its own screws and washers. The manual is self explanatory however you do kinda gotta play the guessing game. It's pretty simple! match the screws up with the ones in diagram. It comes with an Alan wrench. Your hand might be a bit tired tho. I advise to tighten them with super lock tight or gorilla glue so they never come unloose. And gorilla glue the bolt covers on. great chair!!!!!!

I purchased 2 for our home office and they’re very comfortable. I have multilevel disc disease in my spine and needed a chair that didn’t make the pain worse. This chair provides support for my lower back pain as well as cervical since the head rest is high. I’m also able to lean back in it or lock the backing in place. It’s a larger chair with plenty of sitting space and the back feels cushioned. My husband put them together and I barely heard any yelling coming from the room so it must have gone well. The one thing I will say is the armrests are high!! They’re comfortable but measure your desk prior to buying! We couldn’t attach the keyboard tray to our desk because the chair wouldn’t fit under due to arm height. Not a big deal since we use laptops but if you have a keyboard tray, the chair will not slide under. They arrived on time and actually they came earlier than I expected. Great purchase.

Love the white color, although I will admit it won't stay that way for long. It is comfy to sit on and I love the height of the arms. I have a terrible habit of sitting at the edge of the seat instead of sitting all the way back. It is extremely comfy when I sit all the way back. I cannot speak about the tilt as I never lean back in office chairs, but assume it would be comfortable as well. As far as assembly, my husband said one part of the seat was difficult to screw into the base. That's why it only get 4 stars for assembly.

After my back being twisted by my old desk chair, I set out to buy a new one. But, I knew it needed to have great back support since I have scoliosis and any sort of back flopping will cause a migraine. So, I read all of the reviews. I took all the measurements, and I made all of the pictures huge to assess how it would stand up to my pets and kids. I ordered this chair and I am so glad that I did! It offers a great amount of lumbar support and is soft on the seat- no more tailbone pain. The arms being cushioned were an unexpected perk. I bought this chair mainly because it advertised that the seat could be adjusted to be low to the floor compared to competitors. Most competitors' chairs only go as low as 17 inches from the floor. This chair, when assembled by me, can be adjusted so the bottom of the chair seat is 15.7 inches from the floor. This setting allows me, a 5 ft 4 inch person, to sit with my feet flat on the floor. This height is a bit too low for working at my desk, so I adjust it up a bit, but I appreciate that low seat height option. My chair arrived with no instructions but I found it intuitive and easy to assemble. I did not tighten all the screws until I had all the parts dry-fitted and adjusted, and then symmetrically tightened all the screws. That technique worked great.
The seat is comfy, the back and arms are well padded, the low height option is great, and the recline feature is adjustable and works great. I am happy with this chair compared to more expensive competitors I shopped.

This chair is fantastic. Its quite roomy so you can put your leg up on the chair. I bought another chair on amazon for around $40 and while it lasted me a few years, it had a couple issues with comfort. There's a valuable lesson my father once taught me, that being if you're gonna buy furniture, don't cheap out on it. So spend the extra money and treat yourself.

It is a Nice Chair for the Price. It is supportive, stable, and comfortable. It is a little tricky to get assembled. The only challenge is the arms. It isn't obvious from the photo, but the arms hold the back onto the chair. The instructions say not to tighten the arms until all the screws are in place and started. Follow the instructions. Once I got it all in place and tightened, I had to re-torque the screws two more times before the seat, arms, and back all 'settled out'. The first two times, it was tight, then it loosened after sitting in it for a day or so. After the third time tightening the screws, it stayed tight and nothing moved again.

Five months after my purchase, the chair had a malfunction in the part under the chair where the lift handle is located. I contacted the seller, and supplied a photo of the defect. Without hesitation they sent me a new part and when I told them I couldn't get the lift tube out of the damaged part, they sent a new lift tube as well.
The chair was inexpensive when I bought it so I wasn't expecting to get years of use, but five months seemed a bit too short. I was very grateful when the seller came through like a champion!

I love the chair but what I will say is if your on the thick side and have thick thighs the arms don't slide out to give you space there so that could be uncomfortable. Other than that it's a good chair. Slide the adjustable bar out so you can tilt the chair back. I didn't know that from the instructions but figured it out by accident which was amazing.

I work online for 8 hours a day. I have been suffering from lower back pain, sciatica down both legs for over a year. I have bought multiple, expensive cushions for sitting on and also ergonomically shaped cushions for back support and spend several hundreds of dollars yet none of them worked. Then I researched every chair that was for sale online. I saw some that were in the thousands all the way down to less than fifty dollars. This chair not only met my needs but it really looked comfortable. And It Is! It is the only chair/place in the house that I can sit in without pain...none...zilch...nada! Just amazing. It glides on the floor and on my wool rug with no snagging. The arms are really comfortable and the back is high enough (but not too high) to offer support. I would definitely buy it again. In fact, I am thinking this chain and 3 more like them would look amazing around my wood dining room table!

I have upper back pain. It’s hard for me to find a good work chair. This is the best chair I’ve found within my budget. You do need to make sure you sit all the way back and scoot into your desk, keep your posture as you should. But this chair will do the trick. For reference I’m 5’1 and 150 pounds but my fiancé can sit comfortably in this chair and he’s 6 feet same weight.

This chair is pretty easy to setup just follow the instructions step by step. Then the chair is very comfortable. I can sit in it for hours. The material feels good and sturdy. The bottom could be a bit longer for me as im 6’3. The bottom is fine though. Its not too short thats for sure. 9/10 rating for value.

i bought 2 of them. The hydraulic is kinda weak but it holds. every now and then i have to bump it back up. The material is resistant and assembly is straight forward. The bolts do not tighten well in the arm rests. im constantly tightening them. I opted for some better wheels .
