Chair is equipped with all features you are looking for! Probably the best office chair i bought so far. Comfortable , has back support and neck support . Chair has height adjustment and offers correct ergonomic posture for long time office work. Happy with my purchase..

I brought this chair for my WFH needs. I need a stiff chair with hand rest and good adjustments. This was the best chair I have got so far. It has stiff cushions, amazing back rest, great thigh support. The material looks like leather and durable. The chair is wide enough to hold a hefty person. I ordered a brown color and it looks more professional and a workspace feel. I would recommend this product to anyone who require a good chair with great value for money.

This is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned in my life. Nice wide seat, arms flip up for comfort, slides beautifully under a desk. Perfect amount of cushion on the back for the comfort of your spine

Unfortunately the handle on my chair ended up breaking after a few months. But customer service was awesome. They responded immediately and offered me a full refund. I would buy from them again.

The chair has good back support. When you sit in it you can feel how firm it is. I WFH, so all day this chair is comfortable. I'm 6'2" and the chair back height is great. When I lean my head back, the chair back supports it. This would probably be the same for anyone 6'4" and under. Any taller and I don't think you will have that head support, but if you are that tall you are probably used to not having that. Lumbar support is there, it is not adjustable, but for me, it feels nice. My previous chair didn't have this much lumbar support. Hopefully this firmness will last.

I had an issue with my chair and contacted the seller to solve it The customer service and response after the sale was outstanding. They answered all my questions promptly and solved my issue with high professionalism. I would buy again from them. Highly recommended.

The chair is great and met all my expectations, except that there is a terrible creaking sound every time I sit down or move forward and backward. Was hoping it would gradually go away, but after a couple weeks, seems I? stuck with it?disappointed as I really like this chair.

Update: Excellent customer service from the store. Chair is fine now and have adjusted to 5 star to reflect my satisfaction with the product.

I use this product on a daily basis and it is very comfortable. Would recommend

Chaise tr? facile ?assembler! Produit de vraiment bonne qualit? Chaise poss?e un excellent support lombaire. Tr? confortable.

This is a great chair for this price range. The seat is wide enough for me to sit cross-legged, which I love, and the back comes up high enough to support my whole head. The cushioning and the lumbar support seem to be enough. It feels sturdy and well-made. I like the PU leather and the flip-up arms which enables me to push it all the way under the desk. All in all a nice chair.
