I have a single roller ball that is pretty much the same, this pairing is so much more useful! I've already used it much more, feels great on the back and IT Bands. Feels well made and it can be frozen as well, I haven't tried that yet but the paperwork does indicate that there is gel in the rollerballs.

Product works great when used as instructed! Definitely helps to reach complicated areas in your back. I found (for me) the massage balls roll a bit more freely on bare skin. The suction is hard-core. All this, and it's cheaper than most others on here!

I've really enjoyed this product. Ive found it has great suction and really holds steady to the surface. I initially was looking for the bigger ball but have enjoyed using the smaller, more precise tool as much as the bigger. For the price - I think it has been a great value!

It's smooth and easy to hold. It rolls very easy on direct skin or on clothes. I haven't used any lotions or oil since I'm not sure if it will clean properly since I don't see a way to take the ball without breaking it. Overall I it seems to be working and smoothing out tense/tight areas. Great product.

I promise you will not regret this purchase. The suction to the wall works great, you just need common sense lol this is mean to stick to flat surfaces/walls I don't see why that's a hard concept for some people to grasp. As someone who weight trains 5 days a week this definitely digs into the shoulder blades to get those knots out, affordable and worth the money

Prior to purchasing this product, I used to use a lacrosse ball and a tube sock to roll up against a wall and work out knots. It was always difficult to keep the ball right on the a lot I wanted. This changes that! I simply leave it mounted to the wall, and I can target any spot I want with accuracy. Having this available to use regularly, has reduced my tension headaches. Would highly ecommend.

I was concerned that my walls wouldn't be smooth enough for the suction cups but that has not been a problem. The unit holds well on my issue ted drywall walls.

I have issue in my mid back from holding my 2 year old incorrectly ever since he was a newborn. Now that I have another newborn, the dull issue has come back (even when I hold her correctly). Seriously... I've been looking for a solution like this for a while. I have issue underneath both of my shoulder blades that I can never seem to get rid of it. I saw this product and wondered if it could help. I'm really glad I bought this. Just popped it on my wall and my wife could audibly hear me from the other room going "ahhhh... yes!!". I was able to hit just the right spots and feel serious relief. I'm going to be using this daily for sure. It's a great price too so i'd say if you have back issue you should go for it.

My first shipment came without a box or instructions and a key piece was missing. I contacted the seller and received a replacement (in a box with all pieces) very quickly. I like A LOT of pressure and that causes the ball not to roll but it still feels great.

Awesome for holding pressure on tight areas or knots! I have all sorts of lacrosse balls, but they difficult to use on my back because I can't see and they move while adjusting. This does not move on me! It allows me to pinpoint sore areas with ease and maintain pressure. Its a issue ful relief ;) I attach it to a issue ted door and have had no issues with suction so far.

I have back issue on my back and in between shoulder blade areas that are difficult to massage by myself, so I used to use tennis balls against the wall... but it gets annoying because they always fall and doesn't stay in place. This mountable roller ball massager works great! I don't have to roll on the floor, don't have to balance a ball against the wall, or rely on asking a significant other to massage my back! The suction was strong and stayed in place. I also like that there were different sized rollers for broader areas or a more targeted area. Happy with my purchase =]

Recently, I've been going to a myofascial therapist, and they recommended I get something like this to stretch out the muscles in my back. They recommended I use two lacrosse balls instead, I got this, and it's great. I can attach it to any surface and pretty much work out any knots that I have. It comes with two different size roller balls and I can just put it up on the wall and start rolling. The ball is a little sticky, so it doesn't roll as smoothly as I would like. But I'm sure there's a way to fix that. If you have tight muscles in your back or knots that you need to work out, this is a great little issue reliever.

Im in a trailer and luckily for me I have a few mirrors I was able to stick it too. Big issue if the surface isn't correct because it won't stick. You need it to stick to specific surfaces. This product works well for my purposes. I have a large number of dense muscles. It's difficult to get to some of the small articulation with just a tennis ball or lacrosse ball, so this product does well to access those areas. Moreover, It is all about the step up and position of the body. Also don't force yourself into its relax. I have a stainless steel fridge that the product adheres to best.

I really like the fact that there are 2 massage balls which can be used for those deep knots. Also, the suction is strong and sturdy, but it needs a smooth surface as mentioned. I had muscle knots that I couldn't get and it was getting issue ful in my upper back. It did help a lot! It is easy to use/setup and it helps for the issue relief since it is effective. If needed, it can be handheld as well to massage the body such as the legs and arms. I would recommend it if you are looking for a massage ball.

This thing is AMAZING. The larger ball is for bigger muscles and the smaller one is great for getting into the nooks and crannies. You can mount them to get to places you can't reach or for extra pressure; or you can hold them in your hand to get to areas that aren't hard to reach.

I have a massage cane, gun, and foam rollers and still couldn't get at the small yet issue ful and very annoying knots in my upper back. But, this does the trick!!!! It took me a few surface trials to find the best surface (issue ted door) to use it in for optimal suction but once I did, I was in heaven!!! It's also amazing for leaning into for all those trap knots :). Highly recommend for anyone, especially those of us who live alone and need to work on our knots daily.

I have been going to PT for a while and they use lacrosse balls for this kind of self-massage technique for back issue . They've even got a variant that is two lacrosse balls taped together. Problem is they don't align to the spine easily and fall often. This is a fix for both of those problems and works great. Only thing is that adjusting it takes a while but still totally worth it. Thanks for creating this product!

I attached this to the shower on the wall, and it feels very solid. The suction cup is holding strong after a week. I've got a specific knot on my back that I can't reach, and I'd have to pay a massage therapist hundreds of dollars to work it out. Every morning after a hot shower, this works great to work that knot out.

Stick depends on the surface and they did mention how some issue ted walls won't allow it to stick. So it's on my fridge;-; but it's incredibly functional and perfect for precise hard to reach places. Cheaper than going to a chiropractor with limited time on a target area. Very good to work on your knots, you can use it against the wall or even on the floor laying down. Only thing is if your wall has textured, it won't stick, so find a spot that's smooth surface. Overall Great priced compared to a competitive brand that's much more.
