I only bought them to put on my skates, since the soles of my feet hurt with the ones that came with the skates. Since they worked very well for me, I decided to take them to put on my ski boots and I can only say that they were great for me.

This is my second pair of these insoles I’m a retail manager and on my feet (and cement floors) the majority of each 9-hour shift These insoles make a difference in how my feet, legs and lower back feel! And they’re very durable I recommend them

I expected something simple but no, they are very, very good. Padded, breathable, good quality materials. I have used them in work boots and they have lived up to their promise. The 8-10 hours I'm on my feet have kept me fit and cushioning every step.

I bought about 6 different insoles to add cushion and more comfort to my sneakers.And their they were too hard, made my feet hurt or made my feel super hot.These keep my feet cool, keep their shape pretty well and have added cushion . My feet don’t hurt which is a big deal since I’m on my feet running around for work all day.I’ll be ordering more.I wish they would have women’s sizes listed .

The insoles are very flexible, relieve pain but do not replace the insoles made by the orthopedist if you suffer from diagnosed plantar fascitis, in this case these foam insoles I just put them on for a few hours during the day if I have too much pain with my orthopedic insoles.

I have had similar ones from another supplier that were only half the thickness of these. At least these actually look like their photo. They are as comfortable as basic value insoles, nothing extraordinary but they are comfortable. I am giving them 4 stars because despite the marked size they are slightly small. As this is in the toe area you can't actually feel the shorter length in use.

I have high arches along with a very slender foot In most shoes my foot slops around and I end up with blisters and sore spots When I add this insole the soreness disappears and my lower back pain did too Didn't even realize the no arch support was causing this So grateful and will be buying more for my other shoes

The support is in ALL the right places and were immensely comfortable from the beginning Made a pair of $15 Walmart mules feel like a million bucks simply by swapping out the insoles!I don't have problem feet, wasn't a slave to fashion in my younger years but I've noticed that better shoes no longer have arch support, something I appreciate Memory foam doesn't cut it These are excellent!
