I read and understood the theory of the pillow but didn't really think it would be that great but it has been. I've had mine about a month now and I'm sleeping more soundly, less tossing and turning. My back hurts much less when I sleep too. I absolutely recommend giving it a go.

At first when I tried this out I thought ohhhh it's not springy and kinda dense, but after having it for almost a week, I don't have anymore neck discomfort, my tension headaches aren't recurring, even my posture has improved, and I've never slept so good. This pillow is a miracle and a gift from heaven. It has the perfect level of firmness AND softness. This pillow perfectly aligns and supports your neck and head. Even if you wanted to crank your neck in you sleep, this pillow won't let you. It kind of bounces and centers your neck back to the middle if it's heading ( pun intended ) in the wrong direction. I have less neck and back discomfort. I feel great when I wake up. It's made a big difference.

This one is perfect. It keeps your head at just the right angle. The best part is that it seems to work just as well whether you're on your back or your side. The edges are a bit taller so they are perfect for side sleeping. The middle contoured part hugs your neck and takes the pressure off of it.

it supports my neck and is so comfortable to sleep on. And even when I turn over on my back or stomach, I can still find a comfortable position. I used to sleep with like 3 different pillows and would pile them up or create different levels depending on if I was laying on my side, back, or stomach. I am so glad I gave this pillow a try. I'd been waking up with a kinked neck and tense shoulders with my old pillow and struggle with back discomfort that's aggravated by sleep. The first night sleeping on this pillow, I noticed a marked improvement. My head is perfectly cradled within the contour. I didn't need to take out any of the foam inserts. It's just the right height to keep my neck and spine level. I've had issues with memory foam pillows causing my ears to hurt overnight, but this pillow has not caused that discomfort. I sleep much better and I even noticed I'm experiencing less back discomfort at night. It's very soft and cozy and I love sinking my head into it at night.

This pillow has been such a game changer for me. I don't think I've ever slept so comfortably in all my life. I've purchased many many pillows and most are ok, but they always cause me face discomfort...primarily around my cheekbones and jawline. This pillow feels like a marshmallow that conforms to the face, ears etc, but doesn't sink to the bottom, it keeps its shape and just holds your head in a comfortable position.

This pillow solved the lower back discomfort problem. No more pressure points, but the right support under my neck to keep my airway open. Pillow works when sleeping on my back or side. When sleeping on my side, the pillow doesn't put pressure on the side of my nose so it doesn't get plugged up.

I've had it for about 3 weeks now and after the first night I could already tell a difference. I usually switch from sleeping on my stomach to sides and sometimes on my back but due to pregnancy I'm sleeping only on my side, which has been hard to stay on but this pillow has made it infinitely easier. my husband steals the pillow from me as soon as I get up in the morning so he can enjoy it for awhile, so we ordered another one that just came in today.

The reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because I have different circumstances than most people. And I don't think that should discount this pillow and what it could do for someone else. Y'AAALLLL.... my god. First night and it was amazing. I kept waiting for it to be some sort of freak night... but it's the best thing I've ever laid my head on. I am dying to lay on it all day long. The side position for me is PERFECT. It somehow holds my neck at the absolut perfect height and angle. (I got the tallest one) it kinda feels like my head is levitating in a perfectly straight line.
