It comes with 3 packages. They are not heavy and assembly is very simple and easy. The comfort is truly excellent, the massage system is light and non-invasive and therefore very pleasant. The heating is an extra gem. We were hesitant when searching but it was an excellent purchase. I recommend it

Simply awesome piece. Nice to relax, relaxed warm feeling, massage works as intended. Cup holders are the highlight. I would change 2 things, the seat needs to be a little longer & there should still be warmth on the seat. Otherwise price, performance, workmanship, assembly is top.

I immediately fell in love with the chair. It looks exactly like it does on the net, is nice and soft and easy to assemble. It was delivered just 3 days after ordering. It doesn't spread any odors and because it's electric, you can sit upright with your feet up. I ordered two armchairs, but unfortunately my husband can't get used to them. I used to lie on the couch, so my comfort level is probably different. I hope the return works just as well.

The chair does everything that is said in the description. The massage function vibrates on the specific spots and with the legs up, could help you relax. The heating function is ok, just don't expect you much of it. I got the Grey fabric one, and I really dig it! Does exactly what I expected. Great movie theater chairs for the price!

For the price a comfortable armchair with a wide seat. The heating function is not very effective (for me) but noticeable. This massage is a little abrupt but I am very sensitive so should suit as many people as possible. Very fast delivery and a responsive seller to obtain an invoice. I am satisfied with this purchase, good value for money.

Was delivered within two days. Friendly parcel carrier from dpd. Armchair is dark gray and made of microfiber. Looks great. It is super comfortable with a reclining function. It also has a tapping massage with different settings. Perfect for relaxation. I can only recommend.
