Foot Gel Inserts - Move Naturally with Confidence

The first day I put the - Heel That Pain Gel Plantar Fasciitis Insoles / Heel insoles Foot Orthotic Inserts - In my shoes my heels and feet have for the most part been pain free.

I am extremely impressed with this product. It is supportive but discrete. Have worn daily since it was delivered. The bone spur/heel pain is almost completely gone while wearing despite 12 to 14 hour days on my feet. I appreciate that they don? adhere to the shoe and can be used with different shoes. This is a premier product and I will likely order another pair just in case I happen to misplace this one. I would recommend without any reservations. Thank you for allowing me pain free days and a return to normalcy!! I will always be grateful! I am in health care and there is no way I could continue to work without this product !

I rarely, if ever, review items but in this case, I must. I've had plantar fasciitis and a heel spur for at least a year. The last three months were so miserable. Doc wanted to inject cortisone in my heel. After viewing THAT procedure on YouTube, I was pretty much freaked out. My daughter researched it more and discovered that there are products that actually fix the problem rather than masking it with a shot so I got busy researching it for myself. I ran across these heel seats and read a lot of testimonials about them. I learned that to heal the problem, I must provide daily and nightly support for it. I ordered the heel seats and a night splint on the same day. I'd honestly hobbled around for months, which I knew was messing my hips and ankle and everything else all up. I'd gotten to the place where I was desperate for relief and was considering the cortisone shot seriously. After reading about the shot and how it isn't guaranteed to relieve the pain (and watching those YouTube experiences - yikes!), I anxiously awaited my order of heel seats and night splint. After one night of using the splint and a day or so of the heel seats, my pain was unbelievably improved. My only regret is that I waited so stinkin long to research methods of relief other than shots. I cannot express enough the relief these heel seats have provided. I must add that I've spent so much money on inserts for my shoes and all I really need are these heel seats and the night splint. I have quite a collection of inserts that are useless. Sigh. I use the night splint faithfully and wear the heel seats every day and I'll do this until I'm pretty sure I'm all healed because I sure don't want to mess it all up and have to deal with that excruciating pain again. I'm on my feet pretty much all day and since I wear these heel seats every day, by bath and bedtime, the only thing I'm feeling is a twinge, but I know, after the vast improvement that I've experienced, that twinge will be non existent before too long! In the meantime, I will keep doing what I'm doing and be mighty grateful that I found something that actually works for the pain and doesn't involve a needle being jabbed in my heel.
Bottom line: if your problem is plantar fasciitis, these heel seats are definitely worth purchasing. They absolutely work for that condition. But get a night splint, too. It helps to take away that first-foot-on-the-floor-in-the-morning-pain and if you have PF, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Leave the splint on until you're ready to put your shoes on with these heel seats in them and you'll be pretty much pain free all day! That's the goal!

This is a great product. You will not be disappointed. They provide great support & the pain is gone.

Supports my bruised bone in my heel and has helped to make walking less painful. Fits in all of my shoes and sneakers.

I rarely ever give ANY thing a full 5 stars, but this totally deserves it!! I've tried what I thought was every thing for relief over the years. I've paid a fortune ($300) to have custom made orthotics made & they felt like walking on a roll bar all day, so I couldn't use them at all, but THESE do NOT! These are GREAT!! My feet are incredibly tender

I have been dealing with heel pain for a while. None of my shoes were curtailing the pain. I wear good solid shoes but they weren't helping. I came across this product in a Thrift store so I took a chance on them. They really do help and the heel pain has been greatly reduced. I have been using Dr. Scholls for a long time and they don't give me the relief of this product. I now have 5 pairs and will buy a few more so all my shoes and sneakers will have this insert. These are closer to Dr. made heel supports than anything I ever used. If your suffering this kind of problem, give them a try and you will be quite surprised!!

Well I?e only used for a couple days but already feel improvement. I am also doing the exercises that are suggested that come with the insoles. They fit my shoes perfectly and are easily inner changeable to other shoes. They do feel good and for now I would give 5 stars. If that changes I?l update my review but so far worth the money !
