I did not know how bad my old chair was until I sat in this chair.Worth the price, if you spend a lot of time in a chair.Just a handful of screws (they provide the tool), a couple of electrical plug-ins.One potential pitfall is the massage/heat electrical cord. The user has to be careful not to back over the thin cord. I plan to cover it with a small thick-walled plastic hose to add a level of protection.

Nice chair! I haven’t used the message or heat functions yet but it’s comfortable and the Cole is nice too. I like that it’s not too tall. I’m only 5’2 so I don’t feel like I’m sitting in a space ship. Really Easy to assemble also.

The chair was not complicated to assemble. It feels soft like velour. The arm pads are plush. The massage is nice, I can't feel the balls massaging so it's more like intense vibration on my back. It does relieve my back pain from telework all day. The heat IS actually separate from the massage so you can use together or not. The wheels roll smoothly. I'm happy with my purchase.

I don’t normally write reviews but the manufacturer and the sellers deserve it and probably a raise. First of all the chair was truly a breeze assembling(only 10 big screws in all). I was worried at first since I misplaced the instructions but just follwoing the picture of the product from the purchase screen was all that was needed. The chair is incredibly comfortable especially with the added touch of plush armrests and the message and heated feature work even better than expected. Give it a little time to warm up but besides that it’s everything you need! I can’t say enough how happy I am with the product and the price, for my first office chair purchase this was a homerun!

When the box arrived and I opened it, my heart sank because of the assembly required. Then I followed the instructions (there might have even been a video reference, I don't recall). In no time it was working and I was laying back with my heated massage on. I work from home and spend the majority of my day in the chair. It's awesome - supportive, comfortable, durable, happily part of my office furniture. ;-)

The chair is very comfortable. Assembly was incredibly easy as well. The heat function gets pretty warm and the vibrate function works well and has many different settings. I've had the chair for about a month now and I can't imagine working without it now. The recline function is nice too. Very comfy.**Edit after 1 year of use**The chair is still like new, and I use it at minimum 5 days a week for 9 hours (I work from home). All functions (massage and heat) all work perfectly, and yes I use these options daily during my work week. I stand by my earlier assessment. The chair has gone up in price since I purchased it, but if I knew then what I know now, I'd have still paid the new price a year ago. Quality is quality.

I love this chair! The cord gets tangled a little too easy though I am pretty much static in one spot; don't know how that happens. It has helped my back to have the vibration patterns of the massage with the heat. I fully recommend this chair. The armrests are wobbly but it is how the chair is. They are sturdy as well, if that makes sense.

The Good:The chair itself is sturdy and well built. The tilt lock function works well and the back support is solid.The so/so:The cloth material is good for the intense summer and bitter winter, but if you have sensitive skin, you may want to avoid brushing against the surface with the tips of your fingers.The Bad:The included power cable for the massage functions is a bit short for my setup. The thickness of the seat cushion is lacking and there were no paper instructions... it assembles like a typical chair though.

I purchased this chair after months of pain sitting in another office chair. Pain - gone. The heat and vibrations definitely make a difference, as well as the comfort from the chair. I'm not a fun of the wires and cables that occasionally get twisted around the base but it's a small price to pay for not having to pop so many Tylenols and you can disconnect them if need be. Very happy.

This chair is perfect for me! I am 5'6", my neck is sensitive to the really high back chairs and this one hits just right! I love the heat and massage functions on this chair. I struggled with the cost of the chair, I really didn't want to spend this much money....but I am very glad I did! Best chair I have ever sat in!

Sturdy and really comfortable chair. I'm 6'1" and weigh 230# and this chair is sturdy even when reclined. The heat works well not Super hot though. The vibration is great the chair is on a desk pad and on carpet. So the vibration isn't loud. But I bet it would be on a plain hardwood floor. But that's expected. My bed upstairs vibrates and being on a hardwood floor it shakes the house. Really easy to assemble. I would highly recommend getting this chair.

It was rather easy to assemble. The quality is good, and feels right. I'm in a tight space (small 30" table) but this works perfectly for my need. The massage feature is a nice bonus, as this chair alone is worth the price. I really don't have much to complain about. This deserves 5 stars!
