It has just been a few days and my shoulders feel better. No pressure on my shoulders with this pillow system. It is weird having my upper body elevated and it is a little cumbersome when you want to roll over.

I absolutely love it. Its everything that I need and have tried to replicate every night with the way I sleep using loose regular pillows and body pillows. The body pillow is heavy and quality. I'm a 6'2 280 pound man who has trouble breathing when I don't sleep with an incline. I also have acid re-flux or GI issues (Gurd) and I can tell that this will be solving many of my issues. I usually sleep with an incline around my shoulder area with loose pillows but I can tell the key to this working is the slight incline that begins at the rib-cage. It makes all the difference. This is perfect for a side sleeper, so comfortable, offers great support to my back as well. This is a great way to stop the nighttime shoulder impingement for us sidesleepers. A couple of weeks now and I am starting to see relief. One issue I found is that the wedge shape was causing me to slide downward at night. I simply added a square of 3 inch foam to the lower end so my bottom was elevated a bit to solve this problem.
